Rastro municipal en Nueva Italia, Michoacán

Abstract

This paper discusses the lack of a new trail in the town of Nueva Italia, Michoacán, and making mention of all the needs that this implies, giving answers and the solution of a project that meets the needs and hygiene measures for better management of the flesh. And giving solution to one of the main problems is to relocate the current trail, as this was absorbed by the urban giving a bad image to the community.

El presente trabajo habla de la falta de un nuevo rastro en el municipio de Nueva Italia, Michoacán, y haciendo mención a todas las necesidades que este conlleva, dando así? respuestas y la solución de un proyecto que cubra con las necesidades y las medidas de higiene para un mejor manejo de la carne. Y dando solución a uno de los principales problemas que es reubicar el rastro actual, ya que este fue absorbido por la mancha urbana dando una mala imagen para la comunidad.
