Abstract

En la actualidad se debe considerar espacios autosustentables por el gran desperdicio y la contaminación del planeta, es necesario entender que se debe cuidar el medio ambiente ya que se está llegando a un punto irreversible donde el planeta sufre enormes secuelas para poder sobrevivir de forma armoniosa. Para la construcción del predio se utilizara materiales y sistemas constructivos que no sean nocivos, para no afectar a la zona y por ultimo elevar la economía y el turismo en esta ciudad.
