Abstract

This work is the presentation of the methodology of expertise in construction, office and field applied by the residence of works supervision, construction of a building with 5 levels based structural steel and reinforced concrete. In which I was given the responsibility to design and construct the building. The City of Romero Rubio Cuautitlán State of Mexico, like bachelorDegreeWork cities of our country. Inevitably tend to grow, for this reason the construction of a multifunctional building that is able to accommodate the business user and business is decided . Which will be called BUILDING RODRIGUEZ. Located on the first frame of the city. The building consists of 5 levels each level has a construction area of 3158.13 m2. is intended as the first underground parking accommodating 14 vehicles , services and tanks to feed the network fire in second located downstairs and subdivided into 14 local health modules for public use, the third level is subdivided in 13 local distributed the perimeter of the nature of light. Level 4 and 5 were designed open floor plan with the aim that can be rented according to the needs of the tenant. For the design of the foundations of the building were taken into account studies of soil mechanics, which resulted in a drawer foundation as the best option for the rudeness. The building was constructed on the basis of reinforced concrete columns and steel beams, forming rigid frames that loads are transmitted uniformly to the foundation. The mezzanines were built with metal beams and losacero, this greatly increases the speed of construction. For the partition wall was used walls since these were considered as dividing the structure was calculated as frame.

Este trabajo es la presentación de la metodología de conocimientos técnicos en la construcción, aplicados en gabinete y campo por parte de la residencia de supervisión de obra, en la construcción de un edificio de 5 niveles a base de acero estructural y concreto reforzado. En el cual se me dio la responsabilidad de diseñar y construir dicho edificio. La Ciudad de Cuautitlán de Romero Rubio Estado de México, al igual que otras ciudades de nuestro país. Tienden inevitablemente a crecer, por tal motivo se decidió la construcción de un edificio multifuncional que sea capaz de albergar al usuario comercial como empresarial. El cual llevará por nombre EDIFICIO RODRÍGUEZ. Ubicado en el primer cuadro de la ciudad. El edificio consta de 5 niveles cada nivel tiene una superficie de construcción de 3,158.13 m2. el primero está destinado como estacionamiento subterráneo alojando 14 vehículos, servicios y cisternas para alimentar la red contra incendios, en segundo de encuentra la planta baja subdividida en 14 locales y los módulos de sanitarios de uso público, el tercer nivel esta subdividido 13 locales distribuidos en el perímetro del cubo de luz. El nivel 4 y 5 fueron diseñados de planta libre con la finalidad de que se puedan rentar de acuerdo a las necesidades del arrendatario. Para el diseño de la cimentación del edificio se tomaron en cuenta los estudios de mecánica de suelos, que dieron como resultado un cajón de cimentación como la mejor opción para el desplante. El edificio se construyó a base de columnas de concreto reforzado y vigas de acero, formando marcos rígidos para que se transmitan las cargas uniformemente a la cimentación. Los entrepisos fueron construidos con vigas metálicas y losacero, esto aumenta considerablemente la velocidad de construcción.
