Parque recreativo y cultural en Cherán, Michoacán

Abstract

This thesis is the wealth of important information necessary for the development of an architectural project, in this case a Recreational and Cultural Park in the town of Cheran, Michoacan, stating that on the course of this work has followed a research methodology gradually gave way showing how the end reflected in architectural Design architectural plans and construction of all types for easy interpretation and actual implementation of the project and involves all data contained herein; The thesis begins with a justification, emphasizing the importance and need for this project in the town of Cheran, population data as accurate climate and physical conditions of the property intended for the Project, the proposed regulations that condition, data is infrastructure that is important both theoretically and graphical information for a successful Architectural proposal and to better understanding of the reader; the condition that makes it interesting this thesis, as it is an innovative project with a sustainable focus, friendly nature and attractive and interesting architectural elements.

La presente Tesis es el cúmulo de información importante y necesaria para la elaboración de un Proyecto Arquitectónico, en este caso un Parque Recreativo y Cultural en la población de Cherán, Michoacán, afirmando que sobre el transcurso de este trabajo se ha seguido una metodología de investigación, mostrando progresivamente como se dio forma al Proyecto Arquitectónico final plasmado en planos arquitectónicos y constructivos de todo tipo para una fácil interpretación y ejecución real del Proyecto y que envuelve todos los datos aquí contenidos; la Tesis comienza con una justificación, haciendo énfasis en la importancia y necesidad de este proyecto en la población de Cherán, se muestran datos de la población como clima y condiciones físicas precisas del predio destinado para el Proyecto, reglamentos que condicionan la propuesta, datos de infraestructura, es decir, información importante tanto teórica como gráfica para una acertada propuesta Arquitectónica y para mejor comprensión del lector; ésta la condición que hace interesante esta Tesis, ya que es un Proyecto innovador, con un enfoque sustentable, amigable con la naturaleza y con elementos arquitectónicos atractivos e interesantes.
