El contenido de este documento aborda lo relacionado al tema de radiodifusoras, se realiza la investigación de la diferencia de una radio comercial y una cultural para así mismo identificar el tipo de radiodifusora será la radio Nicolaita. De igual forma se realizó un análisis de algunos sistemas ecológicos a implementar en el proyecto para mejorar su rendimiento energético, de igual forma se indago sobre el nuevos equipamiento técnico que se requiere para implementarse en el proyecto y mejorar la calidad de las transmisiones de la estación, también de los materiales y sistemas constructivos que se utilizarán en el proyecto, los reglamentos que rigen el proyecto y por último los aspectos funcionales del proyecto y el desarrollo del proyecto de la estación radio Nicolaita.
