Nueva central de abastos en Morelia

Abstract

This work contains research on the problematic wholesale food market and proposes a solution for the city of Morelia with relation to supply, storage, and marketing of food in the city. The research is divided into five sections beginning with the socio-cultural impact of the project in which population data is presented. The second part explores the geophysical aspects of the project by presenting the physical properties of the proposed site of the project and geographical data of the city. Technical information such as laws and regulations governing the construction of wholesale food markets and materials to be used in its construction are outlined in the third section. The architectural program and area studies are presented in the fourth section. Lastly, the architectural project is presented through architectural drawings and perspective images.

Este trabajo contiene la investigación sobre la problemática de las Centrales de Abasto, y propone una solución para la Ciudad de Morelia en lo referente al abasto, almacenamiento y comercialización de alimentos en el municipio. Se divide en los siguientes capítulos: Socio Cultural.- Se presentan datos de población. Físico Geográfico.- Se presentan datos físicos y geográficos del municipio y del terreno propuesto. Técnico.- Se presentan los reglamentos y materiales a utilizar en el proyecto. Formal.- Se presenta el programa arquitectónico y estudios de áreas. Y por último el proyecto arquitectónico presentado con planos e imágenes perspectivas.
