Centro de justicia para las mujeres en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

This research and design is about a Justice Center for women, which is the concentration of Governmental Instances, working together in order to help women victims of violence, including facilitating access to justice . Since the Center trained staff are to provide decent treatment of women and thus women are not doubly victimized. An investigation was conducted to obtain information about the subject and thus justify the need to make this project, a general objective was raised to define the project scope and specific objectives, and hypotheses, which can be achieved if the project is constructed. Basic concepts to better understand the topic describes, an analysis of the evolution of the topic, as well as a situational analysis of existing problem is also performed. A historical investigation of the place in which the project and the statistics of the population that seeks to address will be held also performed.

El presente trabajo de investigación y diseño es acerca de un Centro de Justicia para las mujeres, el cual consiste en la concentración de Instancias Gubernamentales, que trabajan de manera conjunta con el fin de ayudar a mujeres víctimas de violencia, facilitándoles el acceso a la justicia. Ya que el Centro contara con personal capacitado para dar un trato digno a las mujeres y que de esta manera las mujeres no sean doblemente victimizadas. Se realizó una investigación para obtener información acerca del tema y así justificar que se necesita realizar dicho proyecto, se planteó un objetivo general para definir los alcances del proyecto, así como objetivos particulares, y la hipótesis, lo que se puede lograr si el proyecto se construye. Se describen los conceptos básicos para entender mejor el tema, también se realiza un análisis sobre la evolución del tema, así como un análisis situacional del problema existente. También se realizó una investigación histórica del lugar en el que se realizará el proyecto y los datos estadísticos de la población que se pretende atender. Se realizó el diseño de un proyecto arquitectónico del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres. Con los espacios adecuados para atender, orientar y ayudar a las mujeres.
