Abstract

The work is organized into nine sections to address different aspects of study. Chapter 1, PHASE ANALYSIS, is aimed to focus the subject, scope and objectives. Defining a suitable architectural solution to contain several spaces that help people of Tarímbaro to have a much faster and better economic, social and cultural development. Chapter 2 addresses the SOCIO-CULTURAL aspects, giving a brief overview of where the cultural and artisan center will be built, were analyzed among bachelorDegreeWorks traditions, cultural expressions, their growth and development. In order to give an insight into the needs of the population of Tarímbaro. El trabajo está organizado en 9 apartados para atender a diferentes aspectos de estudio. El Capítulo 1, FASE DE ANALISIS, está enfocado a centrar el tema, los alcances y los objetivos. Definiendo una solución arquitectónica adecuada para poder contener diversos espacios que ayuden a la población de Tarímbaro a tener un más rápido y mejor desarrollo tanto económico, social y cultural. El Capítulo 2, aborda los aspectos SOCIO-CULTURALES, dando una breve reseña del lugar donde se construirá el centro cultural y artesanal, se analizaran entre otras cosas sus tradiciones, manifestaciones culturales, su crecimiento y desarrollo. Con el propósito de darnos una perspectiva de las necesidades de la población de Tarímbaro. El Capítulo 3, MARCO FISICO GEOGRAFICO, aquí se describe todas las afectaciones físicas existentes en el municipio, que se deben de considerar para la correcta proyección del centro cultura y artesanal. El Capítulo 4, ASPECTOS URBANOS, es donde se consideran aspectos tales como el uso y tenencia de suelo, equipamiento básico, servicios de infraestructura es decir la situación actual de la comunidad para determinar la mejor manera de integrar el proyecto. El Capítulo 5, ASPECTOS LEGALES, es un capitulo donde se muestran fragmentos de normas y reglamentos con la finalidad de conocer los lineamentos mínimos de habitabilidad, confort y seguridad para lograr una óptima calidad en el proyecto. El Capítulo 6, ASPECTOS TECNICOS TECNOLOGICOS, se refiere a los sistemas constructivos, materiales y las instalaciones que tentativamente se emplearan en la construcción del centro cultural y artesanal. Durán – Fernández El Capítulo 7, ASPECTOS TEORICOS FUNCIONALES, aquí se analizan las distintas áreas o espacios que integran el centro cultural y artesanal, nos ayuda a conocer bien las necesidades y requerimientos de cada una de ellas ya sea en cuestión de mobiliario, área, ubicación, dimensión e instalaciones.
