Central de autobuses en Lázaro Cárdenas

Abstract

This thesis was conducted to project a Bus Station in Michoacán Lazaro Cardenas because this port is steady growth in population, social, economic and urban. Currently existing plants do not meet the needs that already the city requires because they are separated and it affects the transfer to users and cause traffic chaos. Regarding the service provided at these plants, is of poor quality coupled with the already deteriorated for lack of maintenance facilities and better organization. That is why a new plant is proposed, with a better location and providing to the user a good quality service. To achieve the thing that previously was proposed mainly it was sought the land to project it with the help of the public works building in the city of Lázaro Cárdenas, which suggested this project himself. It was necessary to comply with the rules that dictates SEDESOL for this type of service, with an area of about 4 acres with 3 free roads. This land has all public service just what the building regulations ask us for drain downs. It is important to know the historical background of the same subject, in this case the transport to help to project a simpler and better way, knowing that the climate and all the factors that are required in this city. In this type of service is important to analyze to a future according to the population, with the objective that the same problem doesn't appear again, this central is projected for 30 years with a population rate of 4.5% also considering municipalities that are around. According to the funding, it will get the help of the city hall as well as bus lines that are interested in participating in this new center.

La presente tesis fue realizada para proyectar una Central de Autobuses en Lázaro Cárdenas Michoacán debido a que este puerto es de constante crecimiento en lo demográfico, social, económico y urbano. Actualmente las centrales existentes, no cumplen las necesidades que ya requiere dicha ciudad, ya que se encuentran separadas esto afecta el traslado a los usuarios y provoca un caos vial. Respecto al servicio que se brinda en estas centrales, es de mala calidad aunado a las ya deterioradas instalaciones por falta de mantenimiento y una mejor organización. Es por ello que se propuso una nueva central, con mejor ubicación y brindando al usuario un servicio de buena calidad. Para lograr lo que anteriormente se propuso, se busco principalmente el terreno para proyectarlo, con la ayuda del edificio de obras publicas en el ayuntamiento de Lázaro Cárdenas, mismo que sugirió este proyecto. Fue necesario cumplir con las reglas que nos dicta SEDESOL para este tipo de servicio, con un terreno de aproximadamente 4 hectáreas y con 3 vialidades libres. Dicho terreno posee todos los servicio públicos, las pendientes que el reglamento de construcción nos pide para las bajadas de drenaje. Es importante conocer los antecedentes históricos y del mismo tema, en este caso el transporte para ayudarnos a proyectar de una manera mas sencilla y de mejor calidad, conociendo el clima y todos los factores que se requieren de esta ciudad. En este tipo de servicio es de importancia analizar hacia un futuro de acuerdo a la población, y no se presente el mismo problema, esta central se proyecto para 30 años con una tasa de población de 4.5% considerando también los municipios que están a su alrededor. De acuerdo con el financiamiento, se obtendrá la ayuda del ayuntamiento como también las líneas de autobuses que estén interesadas en participar en esta nueva centra
