Abstract

A Post grade building, greenhouses and an arboretum, are within a master plan called “Botanical Garden” that is from the Biology Faculty it includes all the academic elements, which are inserted in anbachelorDegreeWork master plan “Knowledge City” this relation allows the projects to support each bachelorDegreeWork, to have as a result a more efficient and integral development, using the social and green elements developing a project according to the topics of the main and second Master Plan. All of that resolving the problematic that is presented in the Post Graduate Department as well as in the Biology Academy, like the lack of enough spaces for the investigation and study. This project would contribute with the Knowledge City development. The thematic to develop further than only the Post Graduate Building is to promote the sensibility of the user towards nature equilibrium, when they use the new installations, encouraging a more direct contact with natural environment, helping to remember where do we come from and where are we going. This sensibilization will happen with the architectonic elements proposed here, based in the tendencies about the man returning to the natural environment. All of this trying to carry the project with and holistic vision tied to the sustainable development. That’s how the final edification proposal was taken and their corresponding elements taking into account the main necessities that the academy had at the beginning.

Un edificio de posgrado, invernaderos y un arborétum, se encuentran dentro de un plan maestro “Jardín Botánico” el cual es de la Facultad de Biología, esto incluye todos sus elementos académicos, los cuales a su vez van incluidos dentro de otro plan maestro “la Ciudad del Conocimiento” y esto nutre a los proyectos entre si, para lograr un desarrollo eficiente e integral utilizando los elementos sociales y ambientales desarrollando un proyecto acorde a las temáticas de el plan maestro principal y el secundario. Todo esto resolviendo las problemáticas que se presentan tanto en el Departamento de Posgrado como en la Facultad de Biología, las cuales son falta de espacios para el estudio e investigación. Una vez resuelto este problema, se facilitará el desarrollo de la Ciudad del Conocimiento. La temática a desarrollar más allá del edificio de posgrado es propiciar la sensibilización del usuario hacia la armonía con la naturaleza al hacer uso de las instalaciones aquí propuestas, fomentando un contacto mas directo con el entorno natural ayudando a recordar de donde venimos y hacia donde vamos como seres humanos. Esta sensibilización se llevará a cabo a través de los elementos arquitectónicos propuestos, basándose en las tendencias del regreso del hombre hacia la naturaleza. Todo esto tratando de llevar el proyecto con una visión holística, apegándose al desarrollo sustentable. Así se llegó a la propuesta final de la edificación y sus elementos correspondientes tomando en cuenta las necesidades principales que la facultad tenia en un principio.
