The present work is the development of the thesis project of a 4 star hotel in the center of Monterrey, Nuevo León, which was held during the 9th and 10th semester of study architecture of Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. In this paper we find necessary information was used to design 4 star hotel in the center of Monterrey, ranging from the definition of the subject, to the parties of the project, finding diverse information such as historical background, frameworks, constraints bioclimatic, site survey, user survey and building. It also has the architectural design of the building, and part of the final design of it. The agenda of the present study was conducted based on the information needs for the successful completion of the project and the plans for the realization of a hotel with these features. The 4 star enters the type of business hotels and is located in the downtown area of Monterrey street, driveway Madero between Emilio Carranza and Galeana North, which handles different architectural approaches that led to the final design, this hotel also part of the renovation projects, regeneration and densification of the downtown area of Monterrey, which is currently underway in the city.
El presente trabajo es la elaboración del proyecto de tesis de un hotel de 4 estrellas en el centro de Monterrey Nuevo León, que se llevó a cabo durante el 9o y 10o semestre de la carrera de Arquitectura de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. En este trabajo encontraremos la información necesaria que se utilizó para el diseño del hotel 4 estrellas en el centro de Monterrey, que va desde la definición del tema, hasta los partidos del proyecto, encontrando diversidad de información como antecedentes históricos, marcos de referencia, condicionantes bioclimáticas, estudio del sitio, estudio del usuario y del edificio. También se tiene el proyecto arquitectónico del edificio, y parte del proyecto ejecutivo del mismo. El temario del presente trabajo, se realizó en base a las necesidades de información para la correcta realización del proyecto así como de los planos para la realización de un hotel con estas características. El hotel de 4 estrellas entra en la tipología de hoteles de negocios y está ubicado en la zona centro de Monterrey en las calles, calzada Madero entre Emilio Carranza y Galeana Norte, el cual maneja diferentes enfoques arquitectónicos que dieron lugar al diseño final, este hotel también forma parte de los proyectos de renovación, regeneración y re densificación de la zona centro de Monterrey, que se están realizando actualmente en la ciudad.
