Complejo funerario In Eterno Descanso Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The thesis project that was conducted was on the basis of a social need in a city of Morelia Michoacan called funeral complex in eternal repose in which consists of cement and mausoleums. You are looking for mainly meet this social need that exists today is also a project that in a future will continue to operate because of that death is a natural process in the human being. The project consists of 4 rooms and 1380 velatorias graves 600 niches interior and exterior is intended to give quality service because it is a private project by which the cost of their services will be high aimed at middle-class-high economically speaking. In the part the building architectural account with LEED certification so that it can be sustainable also helping the environment using materials of the region and the integration of nature and the context at the same, not leaving behind the part design were used in which innovative construction systems, materials and finishes that are pleasing to the eye of the user and large studio spaces for the comfort of the user.

El proyecto de Tesis que se realizo fue en base a una necesidad social en la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán llamado Complejo funerario In eterno descanso en cual consta de cementero y mausoleos. Se busca principalmente satisfacer esa necesidad social que existe hoy en día además es un proyecto que en un futuro va a seguir funcionando debido a que la muerte es un proceso natural en el ser humano. El proyecto consta de 4 salas velatorias y 1380 fosas 600 nichos interiores y exteriores se pretende dar servicio de calidad debido a que es un proyecto privado por lo cual el costo de sus servicios será elevado dirigido a clase media-alta económicamente hablando. En la parte arquitectónica el edificio cuenta con certificación LEED para que este pueda ser sustentable ayudando también al medio ambiente usando materiales de la región y la integración de la naturaleza y el contexto al mismo, no dejando atrás la parte de diseño en cual se utilizaron sistemas constructivos innovadores, materiales y acabados que sean agradables a la vista del usuario y espacios muy amplios para el confort del usuario.
