Mercado en Zitácuaro Michoacán para la reubicación del comercio informal

Abstract

This thesis was carried out in order to create an Architectural project entitled "market for the relocation of informal commerce in Zitácuaro Michoacán", in which the population dedicated to informal commerce has a suitable place to carry out their trade activities there is a fair competition between the merchants of the municipality, besides contributing to the already existing social problem that causes conflicts in the first square of the city. It was created through 3 different stages, the first a theoretical investigation in which the origin of the problem was sought, then we gave ourselves the task of defining the possible promoters and institutions that made the project viable, we defined objectives and exceptions from it. In a third stage we took on the task of conducting a field investigation to realize how informal trade was in the first frame of the city and in turn to observe the lack of riches of the same, since it is interesting to know the profiles of the different users of the future project, in order to enrich our purpose.

Esta tesis fue realizada con el fin de crear un proyecto Arquitectónico titulado "mercado para la reubicación del comercio informal en Zitácuaro Michoacán", en el cual la población dedicada al comercio informal tenga un lugar apto para realizar sus actividades del comercio exista una competencia leal entre los comerciantes del municipio, además de coadyuvar al ya existente problema social que provoca conflictos en el primer cuadro de la ciudad. Se creó mediante 3 etapas diferentes, la primera una investigación teórica en la que se buscó el origen de la problemática, posteriormente nos dimos a la tarea de definir los posibles promotores e instituciones que hicieran viable al proyecto definimos objetivos y exceptivas del mismo. En una tercera etapa nos dimos a la tarea de realizar una investigación de campo para darnos cuenta de cómo se encontraba el comercio informal en el primer cuadro de la ciudad y a su vez observar fijamente las carencias riquezas del mismo, ya que resulta interesante conocer los perfiles de los diferentes usuarios del futuro proyecto, para de esta manera enriquecer nuestro propósito.
