The thesis that is presented below is to assess the conditions in which is the current dining hall of the UMSNH , location, service, hygiene, dinning, regulations , performance and bachelorDegreeWork facilities that would enable it to analyze and contrast were studied conditions later make a design proposal In analyzing the space we realized that the service provided is not of good quality , as is the case of the facilities are not constructed of suitable materials , also building systems that implemented unsafe and even the same hygiene which food is prepared . having studied bachelorDegreeWork universities we realize that not have appropriate security measures. First the socio-economic , geographic , and cultural data that allow to define the scope of the project, guidance , ventilation and lighting , as well as its capacity, type of furniture, structure and finishes were reviewed. Subsequently, a study of potential sites was conducted with the aim of establishing a more strategic place where we want to get better results for food consumption , considering the following factors such as pollution , pedestrian roads, accessibility. By choosing the field conditions in which the land is located both in climate and the infrastructure itself , and we realized that there is good feasibility for construction was studied. The building's design is based on the types of buildings currently under construction in the university itself, which breaks with traditional design prototype and is therefore more resent such as glass, steel , materials were considered and white on the walls . El trabajo de tesis que a continuación se presenta tiene por objetivo evaluar las condiciones en las que se encuentra el actual comedor universitario de la UMSNH, ubicación, servicio, higiene, instalaciones, reglamentos, funcionamiento así mismo se estudiaron otros establecimientos que permitieran analizar y contrastar sus condiciones para posteriormente hacer una propuesta de diseño. Al analizar el espacio nos dimos cuenta de que el servicio que ofrece no es de buena calidad, tal es el caso de las instalaciones que no están construidas con materiales adecuados, así mismo los sistemas constructivos que implementaron no son seguros e incluso la misma higiene con la que se preparan los alimentos. al haber estudiado las otras universidades nos damos cuenta que tampoco cuentan con medidas de seguridad adecuadas. Primero se revisaron los datos socioeconómicos, geográficos, y culturales que permiten delimitar los alcances, del proyecto, orientaciones, ventilación e iluminación, así como su capacidad, tipo de mobiliario, estructura y acabados. Posteriormente se realizó un estudio de posibles terrenos, con el objetivo de establecer un lugar más estratégico donde se pretende obtener mejores resultados para el consumo alimenticio, considerando los siguientes factores como es la contaminación, vialidad peatonal, accesibilidad. Al elegir el terreno se estudió las condiciones en las que se encuentra el terreno tanto en lo climático como la propia infraestructura, y nos dimos cuenta de que existe buena factibilidad para la construcción. El diseño del edificio está basado en los tipos de edificios que actualmente se están construyendo en la propia universidad, donde se rompe con el prototipo tradicional de diseño y forma, por lo tanto se consideraron materiales más resientes como es el cristal, acero, y el color blanco en las fachadas. Las instalaciones cuentan con lo que rige el reglamento de construcción del estado de michoacana si como el reglamento de salud. Es importante mencionar que para el diseño se analizó el usuario en cuanto a sus actividades y posteriormente se definieron los espacios con sus requerimientos tanto en medidas como en instalaciones y equipos de mobiliarios.
