CADI "Centro Asistencial de Desarrollo Infantil" en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

This one thesis speaks on a CADI “Welfare Center of Infantile Development” that is directed to help the family parents of low resources and without social security benefits that have the need to leave to the care of third persons its children to be able to study or work. The Project is directed for the locality of The New Village in Morelia, Michoacán. The chosen property locates in the sector Revolution of the Municipality of Morelia, in the locality of the New Village on the streets José Escobedo and Dolores Velázquez. The attention split towards the infants into 3, classrooms for nursing of (45 days to 1 year), maternal (1 to 3 years) and preschool (3 to 5 years 11 months) to generate an educational cadre that expires with the existing educational norms as it is this project. The areas that it takes into consideration for the achievement of the project were obtained by me comparing that for norm there gives to us the IMSS, SEDESOL, and the similar cases; taking into consideration the determinants climatic of the proposed area. Generating quite faced and comfortable spaces, maintaining the function like essential.

Ésta tesis habla sobre un CADI “Centro Asistencial de Desarrollo Infantil” que está dirigido para ayudar a los padres de familia de bajos recursos y sin prestaciones sociales que tienen la necesidad de dejar al cuidado de terceras personas a sus hijos para poder estudiar o trabajar. El Proyecto está dirigido para la localidad de La Nueva Aldea en Morelia, Michoacán. El predio seleccionado se localiza en el sector Revolución del Municipio de Morelia, en la localidad de la Nueva Aldea sobre las calles José Escobedo y Dolores Velázquez. Se dividió la atención hacia los infantes en 3, aulas para lactantes de (45 días a 1 año), maternales (1 a 3 años) y preescolares (3 a 5 años 11 meses) para generar un plantel educativo que cumple con las normas educativas existentes como lo es este proyecto. Las áreas que tome en cuenta para la realización del proyecto las obtuve comparando las que por norma nos da el IMSS, SEDESOL, y los casos análogos; tomando en cuenta las condicionantes climáticas del terreno propuesto. Generando espacios bien orientados y confortables, manteniendo la función como primordial.
