Reubicación de rastro con implementación tipo inspección federal (TIF) en Zitácuaro Michoacán

Abstract

In this present thesis, a new building for the municipal slaughterhouse of H, Zitacuaro Michoacan, this in response to the growing demand of the population and the need for hygienically meat products for human consumption is raised. The architecture plays an important role in this project to be realized, as the existing building has peculiar damage and malfunction. Why this study is presented, claiming, by a proposal, the possible construction of new municipal slaughterhouse of Zitacuaro Mich. Providing space for the office of slaughter cattle and pigs. This architectural project was resolved in all its phases, with the aim of becoming a space that gives solution to the requirements established for this type of installation. Through this projection of a building of contemporary character it is achieved jointly and functional, this coupled with the use of an industrial nature. The implied value of this building is that is where you kill and prepare the meat of various kinds, which consume the inhabitants of the city of Zitacuaro Michoacan, which requires that the manufacturing process is hygienic, protecting the health of those who consume it.

Es importante tener en cuenta que parte de nuestra salud alimenticia proviene de la responsabilidad higiénica que se tenga; igualmente de quienes se implican y contribuyen en el trabajo de la matanza de animales y de su protección interna. Dicha responsabilidad no es solo para autoridades sino también para instituciones encargadas de su salvaguarda, tales como (salud pública, municipalidad, La Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentación.) y para todos los mexicanos, ya que cada día dicha labor se hace más difícil, debido a que existen actividades clandestinas que se llevan a cabo sin control y supervisión. En este presente trabajo de tesis, se planteó un nuevo edificio para la el rastro municipal de H, Zitácuaro Michoacán, esto en respuesta a la creciente demanda de la población y la necesidad de obtener de manera higiénica los productos cárnicos de consumo humano. La arquitectura juega un papel importante dentro de este proyecto a realizar, ya que la edificación existente presenta deterioros peculiares y un mal funcionamiento. Razón por la cual se presenta este estudio, pretendiendo, mediante una propuesta, la posible construcción del nuevo rastro municipal de Zitácuaro Mich. Proponiendo espacios para el oficio de matanza de ganado bovino y porcino. Dicho proyecto arquitectónico fue resuelto en todas sus fases, con el objetivo de ser un espacio que dé solución a los requerimientos que se establecen para este tipo de instalaciones. A través de esto se logra la proyección de un inmueble de carácter contemporáneo y que de manera conjunta sea funcional, aunado a ello el uso de carácter industrial. El valor implícito de este edificio se debe a que es el lugar donde se mata y prepara la carne de diferente índole, que consumen los habitantes de la ciudad de Zitácuaro Michoacán, por lo que se requiere que el proceso de manufactura sea higiénico, para proteger la salud de quienes la consumen.
