The profession of an architect is one of the most important to society because the architectural projects are always connected to the improvement, the vanguard and contemporary culture.Likewise, architects of the third millennium, must be always committed to their profession in order to serve the society in different areas needs to be useful and fit. In this thesis is shared the work of the final year in the architecture career, developed in the 9th and 10th semesters in the subject of Architectural Composition. The developed project is called "Executive Committee for Victims" and is located in Morelia, Michoacan. This is an architectural project resolved in all its phases, which will have a direct way to society, as it will support all victims of crime; care that encompasses medical, psychological and legal, in open and closed spaces, where the user victim feel safe in all aspects. The aim has been the contribution of new approaches to own theme of care for victims of crime.
La profesión de un arquitecto es una de las más importantes para la sociedad ya que los proyectos arquitectónicos están siempre conectados hacia el perfeccionamiento, la vanguardia y la cultura contemporánea. De la misma forma, los arquitectos y arquitectas del tercer milenio, deben estar siempre comprometidos con su profesión, para así servir a la sociedad en las diferentes necesidades de espacios que sean útiles y aptos. En la presente tesis de licenciatura se comparte el ejercicio final de la carrera de Arquitecto, elaborado en los semestres 9º y 10º de la materia de Composición Arquitectónica. El proyecto desarrollado se denomina “Comisión Ejecutiva de Atención a Víctimas” y se ubica en Morelia, Michoacán. Este es un proyecto arquitectónico resuelto en todas sus fases, que servirá de manera directa a la sociedad, ya que brindará apoyo a todas las víctimas de delitos; atención que abarca la médica, psicológica y legal, en espacios abiertos y cerrados, donde el usuario víctima, se sentirá seguro en todos los aspectos. El objetivo ha sido la aportación de nuevos enfoques relativos al propio tema de atención a víctimas de algún delito.
