Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of space need in the offices of the city council of the city of Valle de Santiago, Guanajuato, explaining in a first part which is the administrative space for greater understanding of the content of the document and present passing information obtained to justify the project in question, this ranges from the historical background of the topic, the approach that will be given to it and that will justification to support the project to make is valid and if required. It also has the essential information on where the project will take place, from the site's history and traditions have it, this to take into account in designing the project, plus the weather was investigated, the topography, the type of land use and infrastructure that has the property in order to make a better design that meets the requirements of users, both who will work in the building, as the people who come to him. an analysis of spaces and relationships in order to understand the project, in addition to the space needed to meet the needs that were raised in the problem to solve, so came to the realization of the executive surveying was performed, presenting plans, sections and facades of the project as well as the mapping of the various facilities required the project, such as water and drainage, and finished surveying cancelería and blacksmithing, vegetation also used in the project and lastly renders the project.

El presente documento aborda el tema de la necesidad espacial en las oficinas del ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Valle de Santiago, Guanajuato, explicando en una primera parte que es el espacio administrativo para tener un mayor entendimiento del contenido del documento, pasando así a presentar la información obtenida para justificar el desarrollo del proyecto en cuestión, esto va desde los antecedentes históricos del tema, el planteamiento que se le dará al mismo y la justificación que tendrá para sustentar que el proyecto a realizar es válido y si se requiere. Se presenta además la información esencial del lugar donde se llevara a cabo el proyecto, desde la historia del lugar y las tradiciones que tiene, esto para tomarlo en cuenta en el diseño del proyecto, además se investigó el clima, la topografía del terreno, el tipo de uso de suelos y la infraestructura que posee el predio con la finalidad de realizar un mejor diseño que cumpla con los requerimientos de los usuarios, tanto de los que laboraran en el edificio, como de las personas que acudan a él. Se realizó un análisis de los espacios y sus relaciones con el fin de comprender el proyecto, además de los espacios necesarios para cumplir las necesidades que se plantearon en el problema a resolver, de esta manera se llegó a la realización de la planimetría ejecutiva, presentando plantas, cortes y fachadas del proyecto, así como la planimetría de las diversas instalaciones que requirió el proyecto, tales como de agua y de drenaje, la planimetría de acabados y de cancelería y herrería, también la vegetación a utilizar en el proyecto y por último los renders del proyecto.
