The High Performance Centers are facilities focused on the development of athletes for competitions, with a high level of demand and above recreational. Taking into account the city of Morelia it turns out that there are no facilities of this level and for this purpose, however, it is a sport that is booming due to the increasing demands of infrastructure for water sports in the city and that are observed with recent constructions, but not of this magnitude and purpose. The project is aimed at the creation of a High Performance Aquatic Center in the city of Morelia within the "Ejercito de la Revolución" Sports Center, better known as Venustiano Carranza, for people of any age as recreational sports use or as a daily exercise while that the high performance program is offered from an early age for a better future result. The magnitude of the project can be observed from the surface intended for water sports and adding to this is a master plan for a redistribution of the exterior of the aquatic complex since being inside a sports center has the need to interact with bachelorDegreeWork spaces and functions. The project has the theoretical foundation and its practical and graphic complementation which correspond to the plans, elevations, renders, among bachelorDegreeWorks. The architectural project is a global redistribution of the southern part of the sports center, as well as a new aquatic center that replaces the current one and can provide better and better service to users. And to be the venue in the future for national and international sports events. The work was divided into 2 sections, the research or theoretical part, where all the applicable determinants of the project are conceptualized and analyzed, the practical part corresponding to the technical and specialized plans of the project.
Los Centros De Alto Rendimiento son instalaciones enfocadas al desarrollo de deportistas para competencias, con un nivel alto de exigencia y por encima del recreacional. Tomando en cuenta la ciudad de Morelia resulta que no hay instalaciones de este nivel y para este fin, sin embargo, es un deporte que tiene auge debido a las crecientes demandas de infraestructura para deportes acuáticos en la ciudad y que se observan con recientes construcciones, pero no de esta magnitud y finalidad. El proyecto se orienta a la creación de un Centro Acuático de Alto Rendimiento en la ciudad de Morelia dentro del Centro Deportivo “Ejercito de la Revolución” mejor conocido como Venustiano Carranza, para personas de cualquier edad en cuanto uso deportivo recreacional o como ejercicio diario mientras que el programa de alto rendimiento se ofrece desde edades tempranas para un mejor resultado a futuro. La magnitud del proyecto la podemos observar desde la superficie destinada para los deportes acuáticos y adicionando a esto se integra un plan maestro de una redistribución del exterior del complejo acuático ya que al estar dentro de un centro deportivo tiene la necesidad de interactuar con otros espacios y funciones. El proyecto cuenta con la fundamentación teórica y su complementación practica y grafica la cual corresponden a los planos, alzados, renders, entre otros. El proyecto arquitectónico es una redistribución global de la parte sur del centro deportivo, así como un nuevo centro acuático que sustituya al actual y pueda dar mejor y mayor servicio a los usuarios. Y ser sede en un futuro para eventos deportivos de carácter nacional e internacional. El trabajo se dividió en 2 secciones, la investigación o parte teórica, donde se conceptualiza y analiza todas las determinantes aplicables sobre el proyecto la parte práctica que corresponden a los planos técnicos y especializados del proyecto.
