In this thesis document, undergraduate level, is announced the final project of the architecture degree, called "Normal Higher School of Michoacán - Section II, in Morelia Michoacán" within said document this resolved a social problem and current needs through Architecture. In this project, its architectural planimetry is resolved in all its phases from the functional to the technical constructive, allowing users to have that project spaces have trained and comfortable to meet their needs, as well as having harmonious spaces and quality. The immediate urban and natural landscape to the location of this project was studied, as well as the environmental characteristics in the design of the building, also making it comfortable for the user and according to an educational institution at a public level. With this project, it is sought that the population acquire a sense of belonging with respect to the facilities by having the service offered by a higher level educational facility, with high quality architecture and its own personality. Likewise, it seeks to reduce school dropout, since it has become the main cause of educational backwardness and increase the economy of our country, as schooling affects the levels of productivity.
En el presente Documento de tesis, nivel licenciatura, se da a conocer el proyecto final de la carrera de arquitectura, denominado “Escuela Normal Superior de Michoacán- Sección II, en Morelia Michoacán” dentro de dicho documento ésta resuelto un problema social y necesidades actuales a través de la Arquitectura. En este proyecto, su planimetría arquitectónica ésta resuelta en todas sus fases desde lo funcional hasta lo técnico constructivo, permitiendo que los usuarios a dicho proyecto tengan espacios capacitados y de confort para satisfacer sus necesidades, así como tener espacios armoniosos y de calidad. Se estudió el paisaje urbano y natural inmediato a la ubicación de este proyecto, al igual que se contemplaron las características ambientales en el diseño del edificio, logrando también que sea confortable al usuario y acorde a una institución educativa a nivel público. Con este proyecto se busca que la población adquiera un sentido de pertenencia con respecto a las instalaciones al contar con el servicio que ofrece un equipamiento educativo de nivel superior, con arquitectura de gran calidad y personalidad propia. Así mismo, se busca abatir la deserción escolar, ya que se ha convertido en la principal causa del rezago educativo e incrementar la economía de nuestro país, ya que la escolaridad incide en los niveles de productividad.
