Centro comunitario sostenible de integración y desarrollo social en el Fraccionamiento Las Espigas en Tarímbaro Michoacán

Abstract

The reason of this research is focused on the relationship between man and his environment, in the transformation of a space to be inhabited by a community, which is intended to perform different activities of social, personal and cultural development, seeking to exploit the natural resources that the site give us, respecting the richness of nature. It’ s intended to give anbachelorDegreeWork point of view in the choice of materials used in constriction, elements that are low environmental impact and low cost, this in order to minimize planet wastage. One of the goals of this exploration is mainly to introduce us in the construction systems of tapial wall (compacted ground), straw walls cover with stucco, bahareque, take advantage of the weather conditions guided by ecological systems and merge all these traditional construction systems with methods and contemporary materials, to be applied in an architectural project designed for a sector of the population located in Tarímbaro, Michoacán. Project that has been decided based on the needs of the people of this community, those needs had been detected with the help and participation of the residents. For this reason, it’ ll be proposed a community center to integrate and develop cultural abilities in among the population, which is why it has been named “SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY CENTER OF INTEGRATION AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT.”

El sentido de esta investigación va enfocada a la relación del hombre con su entorno, en la transformación de un espacio para ser habitado por una comunidad, en el que se pretende realizar distintas actividades de desarrollo social, personal y cultural, buscando aprovechar los recursos naturales que nos obsequia el sitio, respetado la naturaleza y sus riquezas. Se pretende dar otro giro a la elección de materiales utilizados en la construcción, elementos que sean de bajo impacto ambiental y bajo costo, esto con el fin de minimizar el desgaste del planeta. Una de las metas de esta exploración es introducirnos principalmente en los sistemas constructivos de muros tapiales (tierra compactada), muros de paja revestidos con estuco, bajareque, aprovechar las condiciones climáticas guiados por sistemas ecológicos y fusionar todos estos sistemas constructivos tradicionales con métodos y materiales contemporáneos, para ser aplicados en un proyecto arquitectónico destinado para un sector de la población que se encuentra en el municipio de Tarímbaro dentro del estado de Michoacán. Proyecto el cual se ha decidido bajo las necesidades de los habitantes de esta comunidad, dichas necesidades detectadas con la ayuda y participación de los habitantes. Por ese motivo se propondrá un Centro comunitario en el que se busca Integrar y desarrollar las capacidades culturales la población, motivo por el cual se ha nombrado ¨CENTRO COMUNITARIO SOSTENIBLE DE INTEGRACIÓN Y DESARROLLO SOCIAL¨.
