Desarrollo ecoturístico Presa de Cebolletas Coroneo, Guanajuato

Abstract

This paper will focus on the presentation of the project chosen for my degree consisting of a memory Professional Experience , and the chosen project was the Executive Project Ecotourism Development Dam Chives , in the municipality of Coroneo Guanajuato and this is developed specific points where I worked , from the gestation of the draft, to the external supervision of the work, until his third stage and now as part of the integration of document management for the fourth and final stage of construction. This was divided into: A. Presentation B. Background C. Diagnosis D. Executive project E. Work supervision F. Work built G. Final assessment The development of this project stems from the need to build and develop sustainably, a tourist area that had been developing naturally on the banks of the dam Chives , so it is necessary to build infrastructure for leisure and recreation ecological , to take advantage of the influx of tourists has mostly weekends and it is intended that this influx is becoming consistent and not only on weekends and thus achieve increased economic flow , where they can generate jobs in benefit of the population of the municipality , and create a space for promoting sustainable development and ecotourism dam integrating all these activities with municipal and regional impact.

El presente documento se centrará en la presentación del proyecto elegido para mi titulación que consiste en una memoria de Experiencia Profesional, y el Proyecto elegido fue el Proyecto Ejecutivo del Desarrollo Ecoturístico Presa de Cebolletas, en el Municipio de Coroneo Guanajuato y en este se desarrollaron los puntos específicos donde colaboré, que van desde la gestación del anteproyecto, hasta la supervisión externa de la obra, hasta su tercera etapa y ahora como parte de la integración del documento para la gestión de la cuarta y última etapa de construcción. Este se dividió en: A. Presentación B. Antecedentes C. Diagnóstico D. Proyecto ejecutivo E. Supervisión de obra F. Obra construida G. Valoración final La elaboración de este proyecto nace a partir de la necesidad de aprovechar y desarrollar de manera sustentable, un área turística que se había venido desarrollando de manera natural en la rivera de la presa de Cebolletas, por lo que se requiere construir infraestructura de esparcimiento y recreación ecológica, para poder aprovechar la afluencia de turistas que se presenta en su mayoría los fines de semana y se pretende que esta afluencia se vuelva constante y no solo los fines de semana y así lograr incrementar la derrama económica, donde se puedan generar fuentes de empleo en beneficios de la población del municipio, además de crear un espacio para la promoción y desarrollo sustentable ecoturístico de la presa integrando a todo esto actividades que tengan impacto municipal y regional.
