Abstract

CAPITULO II MARCO REFERENCIAL DEL PROYECTO ARQUITECTONICO: Se muestra el contexto del proyecto haciendo mención de los datos: antecedentes históricos, datos climatológicos, antecedentes de la ciudad y una reseña del campo de golf de Tres Marías, además se implementó un análisis del lugar en donde se desprende el proyecto. CAPITULO III ANALISIS DEL PROYECTO ARQUITECTONICO: Se desarrollaron diversas matrices para el proyecto como análisis del predio un planteamiento del programa arquitectónico y culminando con una propuesta arquitectónica. CAPITULO IV DISEÑO DEL PROYECTO ARQUITECTONICO: Se ejecutó un esquema con la solución arquitectónica conforme a las necesidades del cliente culminando con la narración de la aprobación del proyecto ante el comité de Tres Marías. CAPITULO V PROYECTO CASA VARGAS: Se expone en este apartado el proyecto ejecutivo y la inversión económica, además de las imágenes de la maqueta volumétrica. CAPITULO VI ÁLBUM FOTOGRÁFICO: Se anexo un álbum fotográfico con el avance de obra de los trabajos ejecutados. CAPITULO VII PRÁCTICA PROFESIONAL: Se anexo un reporte de los contratos más trascedentes en la experiencia profesional. CAPITULO VIII FUENTES CONSULTADAS Se anexan las fuentes consultadas y su documentación que ayudo a formalizar el documento legamente y normativamente. CAPITULO IX REGLAMENTOS: Se integraron los reglamentos internos de Tres Marías, reglamento de construcción de la ciudad de Morelia.
