The growth of rural areas belonging to the community Atécuaro well as the community has accelerated significantly rapprochement with the City of Morelia as the growth of the city. This creates infrastructure needs so that the population growth progresses, as in the case of schools, which is addressed in this paper. The Federal Government through the Ministry of Public Education and the State Government. They approved the creation, operation and financial support of educational institutions at the upper secondary level in rural areas that do not have such services to these schools was called Center for Science and Technology of the State of Michoacán Studies, being the community of Atécuaro one of the many communities that were benefited with this service infrastructure. With the above is the idea of the Center Project Science and Technology of the State of Michoacán in Atécuaro Studies and thereby solve the problems of the community of not having a campus of the academic level and increase interest in education, preventing migration young boys of the city of Morelia. Work is divided into two main parts, where the first is the theoretical part that refers to the subject as well as the collection and analysis of data that will help us solve the second part of which is the executive project said project meets the functionality and number of spaces needed so that they can develop the various activities on campus high school level according to their sponsoring institution, (CECyTEM).
El crecimiento de las zonas rurales pertenecientes a la comunidad de Atécuaro así como de la misma comunidad, ha acelerado de manera notable el acercamiento con la Ciudad de Morelia al igual que el crecimiento de dicha ciudad. Esto genera necesidades de infraestructura de manera que avanza el crecimiento de la población, tal es el caso de centros educativos, tema que se aborda en el presente trabajo. El Gobierno Federal a través de la Secretaria de Educación Pública y el Gobierno del Estado. Aprobaron la creación, operación y apoyo financiero, de planteles educativos a nivel medio superior en zonas rurales que no cuenten con tales servicios, a estos planteles se le denomino Centro de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Michoacán, siendo la comunidad de Atécuaro una de las muchas comunidades que se vieron beneficiadas con este servicio de infraestructura. Con lo anterior surge la idea del proyecto Centro de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Michoacán en Atécuaro y con esto solucionar la problemática de la comunidad de no contar con un plantel de dicho nivel académico y aumentar el interés por la educación, evitando la migración de los gobenes a la ciudad de Morelia. El Trabajo se divide en dos partes fundamentales, donde la primera de ellas es la parte teórica que hace referencia al tema, así como la recopilación y análisis de los datos que nos ayudaran a resolver la segunda parte del trabajo la cual trata del proyecto ejecutivo dicho proyecto cumple con la funcionalidad y numero de espacios necesarios para que se puedan desarrollar las distintas actividades en un plantel de nivel medio superior de acuerdo a su institución promotora, (CECyTEM).
