Complejo administrativo municipal en La Piedad, Michoacán

Abstract

The following document develops the theme "MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX IN THE MERCY MICHOACAN" and contains research on the operation and features of an office of governmental, developed in the interest of solving the need presented by the municipality, due to the inefficient operation of the current facilities for citizens seeking its services, and staff that works there. Consultations citations, Internet sources, context analysis, the city and its climate were made, as well as information analogies to the project that were exploited in the interest of developing an architectural project, which will have contemporary architectural features, and at the same time help in improving urban image. Without any doubt, the architectural projects are often developed by different specialists, each in his respective area, however, an architect is obliged to acquire the knowledge of each of them, all intended to provide a criterion installation, structures, administration and finishes in general, and defend with solid arguments proposals that are generated. The design of the proposed building does meet the needs of the city of La Piedad which requires adequate and functional facilities for the development of all activities that are performed by the administrative staff and thereby provide optimal service to citizens occupying and services; with the momentum of the project, the possibilities of a city with better care eventualities generated in the territory of the municipality will be increased.

El siguiente documento desarrolla el tema “COMPLEJO ADMINISTRATIVO MUNICIPAL EN LA PIEDAD MICHOACAN” y contiene la investigación acerca del funcionamiento y características de unas oficinas de carácter gubernamental, desarrollado con el interés de solucionar la necesidad que presenta el municipio, debido al funcionamiento ineficaz de las instalaciones actuales tanto para los ciudadanos que buscan sus servicios, como para el personal que ahí labora. Se realizaron consultas en citas bibliográficas, fuentes de internet, análisis del contexto, la ciudad y su clima, así como de información de analogías al proyecto que fueron aprovechadas con el interés de desarrollar un proyecto arquitectónico, el cual tendrá características arquitectónicas contemporáneas, y que al mismo tiempo ayudará en el mejoramiento de imagen urbana. Sin duda alguna, los proyectos arquitectónicos suelen desarrollarse por diferentes especialistas, cada uno en su área correspondiente, sin embargo, un arquitecto está obligado a adquirir el conocimiento de cada uno de ellos, todo con la intención de aportar un criterio en instalaciones, estructuras, administración y acabados en general, y así defender con argumentos sólidos las propuestas que sean generadas. El diseño del edificio propuesto logra satisfacer las necesidades de la ciudad de La Piedad que requiere de instalaciones adecuadas y funcionales para el desarrollo de todas las actividades que son realizadas por el personal administrativo y con esto brindar un servicio óptimo al ciudadano que ocupe e sus servicios; con el impulso del proyecto, se aumentarán las posibilidades de una ciudad con mejor atención a las eventualidades que se generen en el territorio del municipio.
