The present document approaches the conditionings that surround the presentation of a Thesis Degree. This document proposes a Fire Station at the southeast of Morelia´s city to get the Degree of Architect. This project has some particularities, such as being self-sustaining, creating its own energy by photocells, and according to the amount of energy they create and the amount energy consumed by the building, the will be a considerable quantity of energy donated to the electrical grid of CFE. The colors, shapes and materials proposed are congruent whit the zone in which the building will be build. The materials and forms have a lot to do with the building’s genre. The project is divided into four bodies, these are the main building (administration zone, bedrooms and work zone), the practice maze, the mechanic workshop and the practice tower. The property’s field adjoins with three roads, two secondary streets and a primary one. Besides, it’s located in one of the most exclusive locations in the city of Morelia Michoacán.
Es un trabajo donde se abordan todas las condicionantes que conlleva la presentación de una tesis de licenciatura, en el documento se propone una estación de bomberos al sur este de Morelia, ya que es para obtener el título de arquitecto, este proyecto cuenta con algunas particularidades, estando entre estas que es autosustentable ya que genera su propia energía por medio de fotoceldas, estás de acuerdo con la suma de energía que producen y la suma de energía que gastan donaran una cantidad considerable a la red de la CFE. Se proponen colores, formas y materiales muy congruentes con la zona donde se edificará el inmueble, los materiales y formas tienen mucho que ver también con el género del edificio, el proyecto está dividido en cuatro cuerpos, estos son el edificio principal (la zona administrativa, los dormitorios y la zona de trabajo), un laberinto de prácticas, un taller mecánico y una torre de prácticas. El predio colinda con tres vialidades, dos secundarias y una primaria, además está ubicado en uno de los puntos más exclusivos de la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán.
