Hotel posada en Ciudad Salud, Charo, Michoacán

Abstract

The present work is a field research to elaborate a preliminary project of a real necessity for the society, in which it consists of two parts of general way: the first part is theoretical and of investigation and; A second part that consists of the preliminary draft. The growth of the state of Michoacán, 0.90% by 2010, created an overpopulation in basic services such as in this case the area of health, in response to this demand the government built health city east of the city of Morelia, In the vicinity of the municipality of Morelia and Charo. This growth generates secondary needs that produce hospitals of such magnitude as are lodging, food, shelter, transport among bachelorDegreeWorks. The hotel posada is a project that seeks to correct the lack of accommodation, both for family members and for patients in the city of health, and that, in the absence of these services, it is necessary to design decent spaces in which to carry out such activities. The project has two main reasons to carry out: 1.-Prevent family members of patients sleep in the outskirts of hospitals installed in health city. 2.-There is a real need, an example is that the shelter was opened for relatives of patients with low resources within the Regional Hospital No. 1 of the IMSS. It concludes with the elaboration of the project after the analysis obtained from the research, making a hotel inn aimed at people of medium to high economic level.

El presente trabajo es una investigación de campo para elaborar un anteproyecto de una necesidad real para la sociedad, en el cual consta de dos partes de manera general: la primera parte es teórica y de investigación y; una segunda parte que consta de el anteproyecto. El crecimiento del estado de Michoacán, 0.90% para el año 2010, creado una sobrepoblación en los servicios básicos como son en este caso el área de la salud, en respuesta a esta demanda el gobierno construyo ciudad salud al oriente de la ciudad de Morelia, en las colindancias del municipio de Morelia y Charo. Dicho crecimiento genera necesidades secundarias que producen hospitales de tal magnitud como lo son hospedaje, alimento, resguardo, transporte entre otras. El hotel posada, es un proyecto que busca subsanar las carencias de hospedaje, tanto para familiares como para pacientes de ciudad salud, y que ante la falta de estos servicios se hace necesario el diseño de espacios dignos donde realizar tales actividades. El proyecto tiene dos razones fundamentales para llevarse a cabo: 1.-Evitar que los familiares de pacientes duerman en las afueras de los hospitales instalados en ciudad salud. 2.-Existe una necesidad real, un ejemplo es que se abrió el albergue para familiares de pacientes con bajos recursos dentro del Hospital regional No. 1 del IMSS. Se concluye con la elaboración del proyecto después del análisis obtenido de la investigación, haciendo un hotel posada dirigido a personas de nivel económico medio a alto.
