A university residence (student house) is a place that provides housing and service such as laundry, supply (food), library and bachelorDegreeWorks; looking for the integral development of university students. It differs from anbachelorDegreeWork type of accommodation service since its principal mission is to give a service that makes their academic activities easier. This typology of housing is considered as a temporary place, where the person coexists with bachelorDegreeWorks who shares the same interests or characteristics jointly. The present work is orientated to perform a study that allows to conclude with an architectural viable offer as an answer to the problematics of university housing. The architectural project is developed for students of UMSNH from municipalities of the state, of bachelorDegreeWork states and equally students who deal stays for national and international mobility and remain for periods in Morelia’s City.
Una residencia universitaria es el sitio que proporciona alojamiento y servicios como: lavandería, alimentación, biblioteca y otros; buscando el desarrollo integral de estudiante universitario. Se diferencia de otro tipo de hospedaje ya que su principal misión es prestar servicio que haga más fácil su actividad académica. Esta tipología de vivienda es concebida como un lugar temporal, donde la persona convive con otras con las que comparte intereses o características en común. El presente trabajo se orienta a realizar un estudio que permita concluir con una propuesta arquitectónica viable que responda a la problemática de vivienda universitaria. El proyecto arquitectónico se desarrolla para alumnos de la UMSNG provenientes de municipios del Estado, de otros Estados e igualmente estudiantes que cursan estancias por movilidad nacional e internacional y permanecen por periodos en la Ciudad de Morelia.
