Abstract

Education is one of the factors that most influences the development and progress of people and societies. In addition to providing knowledge, education enriches culture, spirit, values and everything that characterizes as human beings. On the bachelorDegreeWork hand, education has become more relevant in the world in which transformations are lived motivated by the advance of science, media and technology, today, young people are more interested in the university careers that are developed In the technological field, however, there are bachelorDegreeWork professions, of greater demand, with a wide field of work, which focuses on the area of human health; Such is the case of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science. In this thesis, a new building was proposed for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo, this in response to the growing student demand that has been reached in this degree, which Exceeded the expectations of the same university and therefore the building that was initially established for this institution became an obstacle to the professional development of users in general. This architectural project was solved in all its phases, with the objective of being a space that gives solution to the requirements established by the project promoter. Through this was achieved the projection of a contemporary property and based on an architectural trend known as ultra-modernist, in some places (in bachelorDegreeWorks it takes the name of super-modernist). It is expected that due to the annual rate of increase in the enrollment of this Faculty, the building will be functional for the institution for the next twenty years to its inauguration.

La educación es uno de los factores que más influye en el desarrollo y progreso de personas y sociedades. Además de proveer conocimientos, la educación enriquece la cultura, el espíritu, los valores y todo aquello que caracteriza como seres humanos. Por otra parte, la educación ha venido adquiriendo mayor relevancia en el mundo en el que se vive transformaciones motivadas por el avance de la ciencia, los medios y la tecnología, hoy en día, los jóvenes se interesan más por las carreras universitarias que se desarrollan en el campo tecnológico, sin embargo existen otras profesiones, de mayor demanda, con un amplio campo de trabajo, que se enfoca en área de la salud del ser humano; tal es el caso de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia. En este presente trabajo de tesis, se planteó un nuevo edificio para la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, esto en respuesta a la creciente demanda estudiantil a la que se ha llegado en dicha licenciatura, la cual sobrepaso las expectativas de la misma universidad y por tanto el inmueble que en un inicio se estableció para esta institución se convirtió en un obstáculo para el desarrollo profesional de los usuarios en general. Dicho proyecto arquitectónico fue resuelto en todas sus fases, con el objetivo de ser un espacio que dé solución a los requerimientos establecidos por el promotor del proyecto. A través de esto se logró la proyección de un inmueble de carácter contemporáneo y basado en una tendencia arquitectónica conocida como ultramodernista, en algunos lugares (en otra toma el nombre de súper-modernista). Se prevé que, debido a la tasa de incremento anual en la matrícula de esta Facultad, el inmueble sea funcional para la institución por los próximos veinte años a su inauguración.
