The present document is the elaboration of a thesis of the Master Plan for the sports area of Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo located in the City of Morelia, Michoacán, which was carried out during the 9th and 10th semester of the Career of Architecture of the UMSNH as a purpose to include in a single project all the knowledge acquired during this one. The document contains all the information necessary to support this project that is named "Master Plan of the sports area of Ciudad Universitaria in Morelia, Michoacán". The structure of the thesis was elaborated taking into account the historical aspects of the University, the physical-geographic and urban aspects that affect the site, the regulations that involve the type of project being carried out, the approximate budget of the project and finally complements with the architectural proposal where it includes the architectural spaces, vegetation, urban furniture, signage and all that element that the project requires. The project can go beyond being an integral work as a student since as a student nicolait I am concerned about the quality offered by the University both its students and teachers as for society in general, contributing with this document an initiative to convert the facilities of The institution in an integral contribution to make the UMSNH one of the most important institutions of the country with the construction of green, sports and recreational areas.
El presente documento es la elaboración de una tesis del Plan Maestro para el área deportiva de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo ubicada en la Ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán, la cual se llevó a cabo durante el 9° y 10° semestre de la carrera de Arquitectura de la UMSNH como propósito de incluir en un solo proyecto todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante ésta. En el documento se encuentra toda la información necesaria para sustentar este proyecto que lleva por nombre “Plan Maestro del área deportiva de Ciudad Universitaria en Morelia, Michoacán”. La estructuración de la tesis se elaboró tomando en cuenta desde los aspectos históricos de la Universidad, los aspectos físico- geográficos y urbanos que afectan al sitio, la normatividad que involucra el tipo de proyecto que se realiza, el presupuesto aproximado del proyecto y finalmente se complementa con la propuesta arquitectónica en donde se incluye los espacios arquitectónicos, vegetación, mobiliario urbano, señalética y todo aquel elemento que requiera el proyecto. El proyecto puede llegar más allá de ser un trabajo integral como estudiante ya que como alumna nicolaita me preocupa la calidad que ofrece la Universidad tanto a sus estudiantes y profesores como para la sociedad en general, aportando con este documento una iniciativa para convertir las instalaciones de la institución en un aporte íntegro para lograr convertir a la UMSNH en una de las instituciones más importantes del país con la construcción de áreas verdes, deportivas y recreativas.
