Abstract

The present document that understands knowledge and learnings during the period of professional practices. In which I describe describe the purpose of the department of construction of the company Grupo Altozano, which was to check that the process of management to realize the payments of acquired services, were carried out correctly and in time, that is to say, check that the whole documentation was nice, this was managing with construction contract, which were defining the total amount of the work to paying, for this contract the payment was dividing in an anticipation and estimations depending on the percentages that have been fixed. bachelorDegreeWorks of the reviews of the process of management were the pieceworks, which of equal form the whole documentation was checked. For the pieceworks and estimations they were using software of management for taking a control, in the document is explained how the information was loaded on the system. At the end of this document there appear complementary activities like budgets and visits to work, as well as the formats of some documents.

El presente documento comprende conocimientos y aprendizajes durante el periodo de prácticas profesionales. En el cual describo la finalidad del departamento de construcción de la empresa Grupo Altozano, la cual era revisar que el proceso de gestión para realizar los pagos de servicios adquiridos, se realizaran correctamente y en tiempo, es decir, revisar que toda la documentación estuviera bien, esto se manejaba con contratos de obra, los cuales definían el monto total de la obra a pagar, para este contrato el pago se dividía en un anticipo y estimaciones dependiendo de los porcentajes que se hayan fijado. Otras de las revisiones del proceso de gestión eran los destajos, los cuales de igual forma se checaba toda la documentación. Para los destajos y estimaciones se utilizaban software de gestión para llevar un control, en el documento se explica cómo se cargaba la información al sistema. Al final de este documento se muestran actividades complementarias como presupuestos y visitas a obra, así como los formatos de algunos documentos.
