This document is a compilation of more than seven years of professional experience in the field of Architecture in its design and projection, as well as construction and building. Seven years of experience in different companies, government departments and personal account also, in different trenches of the professional development of an Architect trying to defend with passion and the best performance that may be possible the task of this profession. This technical specification describes the first seven years of completing a minimum range of knowledge that an Architect should count on. I intend to justify this technical memory with the necessary need to complete my professional training by acquiring the degree that finally accredited me as a Bachelor of Architecture and so I can exercise my work as an architect without legal obstacles and in turn finally be able to close one of the cycles Most important in my life. In turn, I chose this method of qualification from the culmination of the program of credits of the race in its majority by what I mention previously in the introduction of this document which was to extend the most possible my knowledge, in this case practical since personally I did not feel prepared in these to develop a document. The main objective of this technical report is to compile the most complete of the work experience that I have practiced in almost seven years after finishing with the program of the race and accredited all the subjects studied, in order to be able to present and approve a Receptive exam and finally get my professional degree. Most of my work experience focuses on building civil works with occasional interventions in urban construction, having built houses, office buildings, government offices, social work, bridges, streets, roads, but mostly educational spaces and All the equipment that these require. With experiences ranging from understanding the organization chart of a perfectly established company as well as its chain of command and the hierarchy of the different elements in it, this has possibly been the easiest item to assimilate, passing obstacles such as having to supervise a company Lack of commitment to the work of the builder, denouncing the quality and delivery times, hiring residents of buildings with studies outside the building, workers who were unaware of their work and construction processes, not respecting the original project or for not knowing how to interpret the Planning or wanting to do things in their own way, to experience the complexity of managing reduced delivery times entering a work day, evening and night role which led to a fairly fast pace of work that although heavy was gratifying to see the The vertiginous speed with which the work was raised and the considerable progress that was obtained by the sum of the efforts of all the components that integrated the work team.
En el presente documento se desarrolla un compilado de más de siete años de experiencia profesional en el campo de la Arquitectura tanto en sus ramos de diseño y proyección, como en la construcción y edificación. Siete años de vivencias en diferentes empresas, dependencias de gobierno y por cuenta personal también, en diferentes trincheras del desarrollo profesional de un Arquitecto tratando de defender con pasión y el mejor desempeño que puede ser posible el quehacer de esta profesión. Esta memoria técnica describe los primeros siete años de la complementación de una gama mínima de conocimientos con la que a mi criterio un Arquitecto debe contar. Pretendo justificar esta memoria técnica con la necesidad fehaciente que tengo de completar mi formación profesional al adquirir el título que me acredite finalmente como Licenciado en Arquitectura y así poder ejercer mi quehacer de Arquitecto sin obstáculos legales y a su vez por fin poder cerrar uno de los ciclos más importantes en mí vida. A su vez, elegí este método de titulación desde la culminación del programa de créditos de la carrera en su mayoría por lo que mencione con anterioridad en la introducción de este documento lo cual fue ampliar lo mayormente posible mis conocimientos, en este caso prácticos ya que en lo personal no me sentía preparado en estos para desarrollar un documento. El objetivo principal de esta memoria técnica es realizar un compilado lo más completo posible de la experiencia laboral que he ejercido en casi siete años después de haber terminado con el programa de la carrera y acreditado todas las materias cursadas, para así poder presentar y aprobar un examen recepcional y finalmente conseguir mí título profesional. La mayoría de mí experiencia laboral se centra en la edificación de obra civil con ocasionales intervenciones en edificación urbana habiendo construido casas habitación, edificios de oficinas, oficinas gubernamentales, obra de carácter social, puentes, calles, caminos pero en su gran mayoría espacios educacionales y todo el equipamiento que requieren estos. Con experiencias que van desde el comprender el organigrama de una empresa perfectamente establecida así como su cadena de mando y la jerarquía de los diferentes elementos en esta, este posiblemente haya sido el rubro más fácil de asimilar, pasando obstáculos como el tener que supervisar una empresa falta de compromiso con el quehacer del constructor, denostando la calidad y los tiempos de entrega, contratando residentes de obra con estudios ajenos a la edificación, obreros que desconocían sus labores y procesos constructivos, no respetando el proyecto original ya sea por no saber interpretar la planearía o por querer realizar las cosas a su modo, hasta vivencias la complejidad de manejar tiempos de entrega reducidos entrando en un rol de trabajo de día, tarde y noche lo que llevó a un ritmo de trabajo bastante acelerado que aunque pesado era gratificante ver la velocidad vertiginosa con la que se levantaba la obra y el considerable avance que se obtenía por la suma de los esfuerzos de todos los componentes que integraban el equipo de trabajo.
