El presente proyecto fue desarrollado con el objetivo de crear un nuevo edificio para la resolver de manera más rápida y acorde a las actividades de los trabajadores del ayuntamiento y los usuarios que a diario acuden a realizar trámites personales y gubernamentales. Con el objetivo de entender el sistema de la burocracia que existe en el Estado de Michoacán. Con el cual se le ha dado la solución arquitectónica el cual responde a la situación actual de las oficinas del sector público del Estado Para la realización del proyecto arquitectónico y el documento teórico se realizaron algunas entrevistas a los trabajadores del ayuntamiento, con el fin de entender el proceso y trámites que se realizan en él. Y las carencias que actualmente existen como los espacios insuficientes y el deterioro del inmueble. Por el cual surge la iniciativa de la creación de nuevas oficina para el ayuntamiento. Para la solución arquitectónica, se analizaron los aspectos físico y climatológicos del lugar, como es el paisaje urbano y natural, la topografía del terreno, las construcciones, además de las la vista natural, además del clima, como rotación del sol en terreno, vientos, precipitaciones, temperatura, y la orientación con los cuales de se aprovecharon para la integración en el proyecto. Además de los lineamientos y normativas que rigen al proyecto, para que este sea aceptable en términos legales y cumpla con lo requerido. El resultado de este proyecto es un edificio moderno pero diseñado para el cumplimiento de las necesidades de los trabajadores del ayuntamiento y usuarios, beneficiando al municipio con este proyecto.
