Propuesta de diseño para la reestructuración del horno para el quemado del tabique de barro, Jicalán, Uruapan, Michoacán

Abstract

In the present thesis the problem of the little organization in the processes of elaboration of the partition in Jicalán is raised, as well as a deficiency specifically in the baking, it is approached the subject of the baking, and which is justified with data of consumption of fuel and The quality in finished products and that are exposed for sale. It explores the conditions in which the manufacture of the red wall is carried out, the factors influencing the environment in which the walls are placed, the general processes for its elaboration: the furnace and its operation. The bake and the efficiency with which it works at the moment that is valued later by the analysis with a sampling of finished products as well as a field identification of where it is where the furnace has possible considerable leaks of heat. Finished products are classified. Once this analysis and diagnosis is carried out, it is continued to arrive at a restructuring of the furnace currently used for the sealing of the partition in Jicalán.

En la presente tesis se plante el problema de la poca organización en los procesos de elaboración del tabique en Jicalán, así como una deficiencia específicamente en el horneado, se aborda el tema del horneado, y el cual se justifica con datos de consumo de combustible y la calidad en los productos terminados y que son expuestos para su venta. Se exploran las condiciones en las que se lleva a cabo la fabricación del tabique rojo, los factores que influye en el entorno donde se emplazan las tabiqueras, los procesos generales para su elaboración: el horno y su funcionamiento. El horneado y la eficiencia con la que trabaja actualmente la cual es valorada posteriormente mediante el análisis con un muestreo de productos terminados así como una identificación en campo de donde es donde el horno tiene posibles fugas considerables de calor. Se clasifican los productos terminados. Una vez teniendo este análisis y diagnóstico se continúa para llegar a una reestructuración del horno que actualmente se usa para el quemado de tabique en Jicalán.
