This document contains the research for the design of the project "Uruétaro tenure and its environment in Tarimbaro Michoacán". The building where the Headquarters of Uruétaro is located does not have a sufficient architectural solution, it is necessary to take into account everything necessary to be able to have adequate areas for a better development, social and cultural. It shows first the problematic that exists at the moment in the building and it is informed the justification and delimitation of the project also it mentions what are the architectural objectives that are tried to reach. Also mentioned are the different types of reference frameworks that are used for this research in order to make known the purpose of an improvement of the building and what are the characteristics of the project, just as it is done a study of land use, Climate and all the conditioning of design so that the project has the adequate spaces for its better functioning.
El presente documento contiene la investigación para el diseño, del proyecto de “Jefatura de tenencia de Uruétaro y su entorno en Tarímbaro Michoacán”. La edificación donde está ubicada la Jefatura de tenencia de Uruétaro no cuenta con una solución arquitectónica suficiente, hace falta tomar en cuenta todo lo necesario para poder tener áreas adecuadas para un mejor desarrollo, social y cultural. Se muestra primeramente la problemática que existe actualmente en la edificación y se da a conocer la justificación y delimitación del proyecto así mismo también se menciona cuáles son los objetivos arquitectónicos que se pretender alcanzar. También se mencionan los distintos tipos de marcos referenciales que son utilizados para esta investigación con el propósito de dar a conocer la finalidad de un mejoramiento de la edificación y cuáles son las características del proyecto, de igual manera se hace un estudio de uso de suelo, clima y todas la condicionantes de diseño para que el proyecto tenga los espacios adecuados para su mejor funcionamiento.
