The present work shows the development of an Architectural project called the Oncology and Integral Health Center in Morelia, Michoacán. En el presente trabajo se muestra el desarrollo de un proyecto Arquitectónico denominado Centro Oncológico y de Salud Integral en Morelia, Michoacán. Para el desarrollo del proyecto en la cuenta una serie de factores de carácter urbano, social, climatológico, así como el marco jurídico. En cuanto a los factores de carácter urbano, los tipos de vialidades, así como los servicios con los que cuentan el terreno analizado para la realización del proyecto. Para los factores sociales que tienen las características que rigen una población, por ejemplo; La demografía, el nivel educativo, así como también su economía. Por otra parte, dentro de la climatología se engloban los factores como el hijo, vientos dominantes, asoleamiento, precipitación, etc., también se encuentra dentro del análisis el marco jurídico en el que se estudió un detalle las normas y reglamentos propios de la región y Del país Tomando en cuenta todas las condicionantes se han iniciado la propuesta de diseño en la que se encuentran soluciones a cada una de ellas, pero sobre todo para brindar comodidad a los usuarios.
