The present project parts from the necessity to develop a given an opportunity to a series of abilities that define what is understood as art in the city of Uruapan, Michoacan, considering that, occasionally talent are limited due to lack of space dedicated to growth of artistic expression. For this reason, I suggest to contribute to the cause with the presentation of this architectural project, which will favor the artistic creation process, allowing in turn, appropriation of the building. in addition to setting forth the offer of working system which will strengthen the Center for the Production and Development of Art’s growth with a diversity of activities to carry out, who starts with the layout of the basis by incubation of businesses, in this case of artistic character.
El presente proyecto parte de la necesidad de desarrollar y dar una oportunidad a todo el espectro de habilidades que conforman lo que se tiene entendido como arte en la ciudad de Uruapan, Michoacán, ya que en ocasiones se limitan algunos talentos al no encajar en la concepción más extendida del arte; por tal motivo se plantea contribuir a la causa con la presentación de un proyecto arquitectónico que favorezca el proceso de hacer arte y que a su vez permita el auténtico apropiamiento del inmueble, además de mostrar la propuesta de un sistema de trabajo que fortalezca el crecimiento del inmueble y de las actividades a llevarse a cabo, el cual se inicia con las bases planteadas por la incubación de empresas, en este caso de carácter artístico.
