Proyecto arquitectónico para la base de operaciones de protección civil y estación de bomberos en el municipio de Pátzcuaro

Abstract

The municipality of Pátzcuaro is located in the center of the state of Michoacán of Ocampo at a height of 2.140 masl. It limits to the north with the commune of Tzintzuntzan, in the east with Huiramba, Morelia and Acuitzio in the south with Salvador Escalante, and in the West with Tingambato and Erongarícuaro. The municipality is considered one of the main tourist areas of the state with an influence of 17%. This document carried out an investigation and analysis to the problems of the Society of the Municipality of Pátzcuaro by not having adequate facilities of a Base of operations of civil protection and fire station. Because of its history in the Atlas of Risks, the municipality of Pátzcuaro is prone to different types of disturbing phenomena, such as those of geological origin, hydrometeorological, chemical- technological, sanitary-ecological and Socio-organizational. The main objective of this research is to design an architectural project that will make the administrative spaces of organization and coordination of civil protection and fire stations feasible and effective for an early support to the society in Circumstances of risk, in addition to promoting the education and diffusion of a preventive culture in cases of any disturbing phenomenon in the municipality of Pátzcuaro. Also that in the documentary and field research carried out, a diagnosis was made of the total of the beneficiary population with the project, resulting in a satisfactory project that complies with the demands of attention to the population and of the same with the Harmony of the context of the city of Pátzcuaro.

El municipio de Pátzcuaro se localiza en el centro del Estado de Michoacán de Ocampo a una altura de 2,140 msnm. Limita al norte con el municipio de Tzintzuntzan, al este con Huiramba, Morelia y Acuitzio al sur con Salvador Escalante, y al oeste con Tingambato y Erongarícuaro. El municipio está considerado como uno de las principales zonas turísticas del estado con una influencia del 17%. En este presente documento se llevó a cabo una investigación y el análisis ante la problemática de la sociedad del municipio de Pátzcuaro al no contar con instalaciones adecuadas de una Base de Operaciones de Protección Civil y Estación de Bomberos. Ya que debido a su historial dentro del atlas de riesgos, el municipio de Pátzcuaro se encuentra propenso a distintos tipos de fenómenos perturbadores, como los de origen geológico, hidrometeorológicos, químico- tecnológicos, sanitarios-ecológicos y los socio-organizativos. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es la diseñar un proyecto arquitectónico que haga que los espacios administrativos de organización y coordinación de protección civil y estación bomberos sean factibles y eficaces para un temprano apoyo a la sociedad en circunstancias de riesgo, además de impulsar la educación y la difusión de una cultura preventiva en casos de cualquier fenómeno perturbador en el municipio de Pátzcuaro. Además que dentro de la investigación documental y de campo realizado, se hizo un diagnóstico del total de la población beneficiario con el proyecto, dando como resultado un proyecto satisfactorio que cumple con las demandas de atención a la población y del mismo con la armonía del contexto de la ciudad de Pátzcuaro.
