Within this thesis to obtain the title of architect, is the proposal of an architectural project, based on a municipal library for the western zone of Morelia. For all this to be feasible, a series of steps was carried out, first the search for information, within the site where this proposal and in general based on what is really a library and how it works. With all this was seen the need to carry out the project since its inhabitants had a great need and were too interested and with great initiative for their own growth and the nearby municipalities. An architectural idea of a municipal library is designed, seeing that the western zone of MORELIA does not have the equipment necessary for all the people who are making a growth towards that part of the city, having as a function to develop and to promote the cultural and intellectual in the municipality with the implementation of new technologies, where it will have different spaces for all types of ages for the general public with: virtual room, didactic points, newspaper library, cafeteria, reading rooms, with playgrounds, work cubicles, multipurpose rooms and administrative offices. This content includes a theoretical analysis accompanied by an architectural design, which greatly influences the distribution of spaces taking into account if concept, making the spaces make feel a full stay.
Dentro de esta tesis para obtener el título de arquitecto, se encuentra la propuesta de un proyecto arquitectónico, basada en una biblioteca municipal para la zona poniente de Morelia. Para que todo esto resultara factible se llevó a cabo una serie de paso, primero la búsqueda de información, dentro del sito donde esta propuesta y en general en base a que es realmente una biblioteca y como funciona. Con todo esto se vio la necesidad de realizar el proyecto puesto que sus habitantes tenían una gran necesidad y se vieron demasiado interesados y con gran iniciativa para su mismo crecimiento y de los municipios cercanos. Se diseña una idea arquitectónica de una biblioteca municipal, al ver que la zona poniente de MORELIA no cuenta con el equipamiento necesario para todas las personas que están haciendo un crecimiento hacia esa parte de la ciudad, teniendo como función desarrollar y promover el interés cultural e intelectual dentro del municipio con el implemento de nuevas tecnologías, donde contara con diferentes espacios para todo tipo de edades para el público en general contando con: sala virtual, puntos didácticos, hemeroteca, cafetería, salas de lectura, acervos generales, sala infantil, terraza con juegos infantiles, cubículos de trabajo, salas de usos múltiples y oficinas administrativas. Este contenido incluye un análisis teórico acompañado de un diseño arquitectónico, el cual influye mucho en la distribución de los espacios teniendo en cuenta si concepto, logrando que los espacios hagan sentir un plena estancia.
