Abstract

The idea of the architectural project realized in this thesis is of a New D.I.F. (Center for Community Development with specialization in Rehabilitation) for the municipality of Angangueo Michoacán. This leads to socio-cultural studies of the population for their development, which reveals a great lack and the proposal guarantees the improvement of the living conditions of the poor people of Angangueo and the nearby municipalities. The architectural representation of the New D.I.F. will be innovative, obtained from the concept, that is feasible and functional so that the attention to the user is effective, that is why the proposal of said project. The document contains the theoretical study and architectural development achieving and reaching most of the main objectives that prompted this proposal.

La idea del proyecto arquitectónico realizado en esta tesis es de un Nuevo D.I.F. (Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario con especialidad en Rehabilitación) para el municipio de Angangueo Michoacán. Esto conlleva a estudios socio-culturales de la población para su desarrollo, a lo cual revela una gran carencia y la propuesta garantiza el mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de los pobladores de escasos recursos de Angangueo y de los municipios cercanos. La representación arquitectónica del Nuevo D.I.F. será innovadora, obtenida del concepto, que sea factible y funcional para que la atención al usuario sea eficaz, es por eso la propuesta de dicho proyecto. El documento contiene el estudio teórico y desarrollo arquitectónico logrando y alcanzando la mayoría de los objetivos principales que incitaron a esta propuesta.
