Clínica universitaria en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

The University Clinic project was developed with the purpose of providing medical care to the entire UMSNH university community, which includes students from different faculties, employees and teachers. The land where the Clinical University project was developed has an area of 4, 692 m2 and is located northeast of the city of Morelia Michoacán, within the campus University City, the land adjoins the student affairs building to the east west with soccer fields, to the north with a vacant lot, and to the south with University Avenue, which is the road to reach the location of the land. The function of the project apart from providing medical care to the university community, will also have the teaching learning function, where the teachers of the health area can teach the students, and they learn through the practice inside the building University Clinic. The project will have an area of external consultation, specialized offices such as dentistry, psychology, gynecology, ophthalmology and nutrition, as well as pharmacy and teaching classrooms. The building was designed taking into account the climatic conditions such as: prevailing winds, sunshine, rainfall, temperature of the place. These are of great importance, since in this way ecotechnology were implemented in the building as: cross ventilation system, rainwater collection for irrigation of gardens, use of LED lights and luminaires with photovoltaic cells, these ecotechnology will help reduce excessive costs of light, water, and air conditioning, and thus achieve a sustainable building.

El proyecto Clínica Universitaria, se desarrolló con la finalidad de brindar atención médica a toda la comunidad universitaria de la UMSNH, la cual incluye alumnos de las diferentes facultades, empleados y docentes. El terreno donde se desarrolló el proyecto Clínica Universitaria, cuenta con una superficie de 4, 692 m2 y se localiza al noreste de la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán, dentro del predio Ciudad Universitaria, el terreno colinda al este con el edificio de asuntos estudiantiles, al oeste con canchas de futbol, al norte con un terreno baldío, y al sur con la Avenida Universidad, la cual es la vialidad para llegar a la ubicación del terreno. La función del proyecto a parte de brindar atención médica a la comunidad universitaria, también tendrá la función de enseñanza-aprendizaje es decir donde los maestros del área de la salud puedan enseñar a los alumnos, y ellos aprender a través de la practica dentro del edificio Clínica Universitaria. El proyecto contara con área de consulta externa, consultorios de especialidades como lo son: odontología, psicología, ginecología, oftalmología y nutrición, así como farmacia y aulas de enseñanza. El edificio fue diseñado tomando en cuenta las condicionantes climatológicas como: vientos dominantes, asoleamiento, precipitación pluvial, temperatura del lugar. Las cuales son de gran importancia, ya que de esta manera se implementaron ecotecnias en el edificio como: sistema de ventilación cruzada, captación de agua pluviales para el riego de jardines, uso de luces LED y luminarias con celdas fotovoltaicas, estas ecotecnias ayudaran a reducir gastos excesivos de luz, agua, y aire acondicionado, y así de esta manera lograr tener como resultado, un edificio sustentable.
