The municipality of Tarandacuao is located southeast of the state of Guanajuato, has an area of 115.8 square kilometers, is located at a height of 1930 meters above sea level, bounded to the north and east by the municipality of Jerécuaro; to the south with the state of Michoacán and to the west with the municipality of Acámbaro. The objective of the work is to extend the use of the existing property of the Cultural Center of the South in Tarandacuao Guanajuato and provide complementary cultural, civic and sports services that promote the education, culture and identity of the municipality. In this document, a documentary research was carried out in which web sites, archives, magazines and books were reviewed and a field where interviews were made to the population, in order to conclude the problem that is generated by not having a facility of this type in the municipality especially the auditorium since for the moment only the parish atrium is available for the realization of cultural events that are affected by climatic and acoustic conditions. Schools are also affected because they have to rent rooms for end-of-course closures or formal events. It will also be given a focus in the sports field and for this reason will have a multiuse court, to continue to encourage the population to practice any sport in addition to having the facility that already has the first stage of the project.
El municipio de Tarandacuao se encuentra al sureste del estado de Guanajuato, cuenta con una superficie de 115.8 kilómetros cuadrados, se encuentra a una altura de 1930 metros sobre el nivel del mar, limita al norte y al este con el municipio de Jerécuaro; al sur con el estado de Michoacán y al oeste con el municipio de Acámbaro. El objetivo del trabajo es el de ampliar el uso del inmueble existente del Centro Cultural del Sur en Tarandacuao Guanajuato y dotarlo de nuevos servicios complementarios tanto culturales como cívicos y deportivos, que promuevan la educación, cultura e identidad del municipio. En este documento se llevó a cabo una investigación documental donde se revisaron sitios web, archivos, revistas y libros y una de campo donde se hicieron entrevistas a la población, para llegar a la conclusión del problema que se genera por no contar con una instalación de este tipo en el municipio especialmente del auditorio ya que por el momento solo se cuenta con el atrio parroquial para la realización de eventos culturales que se ven afectados por las condiciones climáticas y de acústica. Las escuelas también se ven afectadas ya que tienen que rentar salones para la realización de clausuras de fin de curso o actos formales. Se le dará también un enfoque en el ámbito deportivo y por esta razón contara con una cancha de usos múltiples, para seguir impulsando a la población a practicar cualquier deporte además de que se tiene la facilidad de que ya se cuenta con la primera etapa del proyecto.
