Educational development is one of the most important elements for the development of a person and society, one of the main engines that gives life and origin to the myriad of things and spaces that surround us, educational development that we acquired both in a responsible household Of two important pillars that are the parents, as the institutions or schools, that provide from an early age, a criterion and knowledge with a unique purpose which is to prepare the apprentice to the real and working world that is to come, making clear As time passes, new and better education systems are developed for the next generations, an end that is destined for a better result in the development of a society. This work begins with the purpose of exposing it as a thesis of a project and real need, the fact of developing a project of great magnitude such as the "Executive Express Hotel" looking for a solution for that working user, as well as the "Housing Tower "For that housing demand that is nowadays. Thesis work that will be a response to a need for a real promoter of a private company that requested the development of two buildings in a land of not so great magnitude and of irregular form, giving the opportunity to implement a constructive architecture and criterion in a thesis, which was not a simple step to develop it. However, over the course of a year, the development of an architectural design was successfully achieved in both buildings, reaching an optimum and adequate construction, taking into account the different natural factors that surround this space, a work that thanks to the Different opinions, observations and adaptations that interfered in this work, I give a result of hard work in this activity of thesis.
El desarrollo educativo es uno de los elementos más importantes para el desarrollo de una persona y sociedad, uno de los principales motores que le da vida y origen a la infinidad de cosas y espacios que nos rodean, desarrollo educativo que adquirimos tanto en un hogar encargada de dos pilares importantes que son los padres de familia, como las instituciones o escuelas, que brindan desde temprana edad, un criterio y conocimientos con un fin único la cual es preparar al aprendiz al mundo real y laboral que está por venir, dejando en claro conforme transcurre el tiempo, se desarrollan nuevos y mejores sistemas educativos para las siguientes generaciones, un fin que se destina para un mejor resultado en el desarrollo de una sociedad. Este presente trabajo inicia con la finalidad de exponerlo como tesis de un proyecto y necesidad real, el hecho de desarrollar un proyecto de gran magnitud como lo es el “Hotel Ejecutivo Express” buscando una solución para aquel usuario trabajador, como también la “Torre Habitacional” para aquella demanda habitacional que se encuentra hoy en día. Trabajo de tesis que será una respuesta para una necesidad de un promotor real de una empresa privada que solicitó el desarrollo de dos edificaciones en un terreno de no tan gran magnitud y de forma irregular, dando la oportunidad de implementar una arquitectura y criterio constructivo y plasmarlo en una tesis, la cual no fue un paso sencillo el desarrollarlo. Sin embargo, a lo largo de un año, se llegó con éxito del desarrollo de un diseño arquitectónico en ambas edificaciones, llegando a un criterio constructivo optimo y adecuado, tomando en cuenta los diferentes factores naturales que rodean dicho espacio, trabajo que gracias a las diferentes opiniones, observaciones y adecuaciones que interfirieron en este trabajo, arrojo un resultado de trabajo duro en esta actividad de tesis.
