Proyecto arquitectónico parque multicultural Macondo, en la ciudad de Apatzingán Michoacán

Abstract

The project for the headquarters of the Macondo Multicultural Park is presented as an opportunity to provide new spaces for social integration in the city of Apatzingán, having as an integrating element the architecture and the novel by the Colombian writer Gabriel García Márquez, Macondo, inspired by the novel A Hundred Years of Solitude. Macondo makes reference to the magical realism that Gabriel García Márquez dyes in his books, mainly in a hundred years of solitude, Macondo is a city outside the outside world, in which it creates a golden age, where it starts from zero, in a place heavenly. As some critics suggest Macondo is "the poetic transposition of reality". This park seeks to promote the use of free time, skills development and cultural activities, offering appropriate facilities for sport, art, education, as main objective to achieve the creation or adaptation of a space that comes to break with those stereotypes that have of the city, a pleasant, different place, heavenly like Macondo. Apatzingán has few places to enjoy the free time, one of them is the Amanecer park, which is in total abandonment of its facilities, favoring with them discouragement among its claimants, on the bachelorDegreeWork hand it has the garden or central square which it lacks urban equipment for the promotion of family coexistence and social entertainment. Much of the project focuses on the pre-planning instances of any type of architectural projection, where the process aims at how to create articulations necessary for this complex to be integrated into the existing social fabric and to promote both the public space itself and the surrounding areas. Currently there is no continuity between government and public, because each one operates independently and there is no platform that brings them all together. The project addresses the problem from different scales of approach. This is due to the need to design a structure that responds, on the one hand, to a macro scale within the metropolitan context, and on the bachelorDegreeWork hand, to concentrate on a more particular dimension in charge of the development of culture itself.

El proyecto para la sede del Parque Multicultural Macondo se presenta como una oportunidad para proporcionar nuevos espacios para la integración social en la ciudad de Apatzingán, teniendo como elemento integrante la arquitectura y la novela del escritor colombiano Gabriel García Márquez, Macondo, inspirado por La novela Cien años de soledad. Macondo hace referencia al realismo mágico que Gabriel García Márquez tiñe en sus libros, principalmente en cien años de soledad, Macondo es una ciudad fuera del mundo exterior, en la que crea una edad de oro, donde comienza desde cero, en un lugar celestial. Como algunos críticos sugieren que Macondo es "la transposición poética de la realidad". Este parque busca promover el uso del tiempo libre, el desarrollo de habilidades y actividades culturales, ofreciendo las instalaciones adecuadas para el deporte, el arte, la educación, como objetivo principal para lograr la creación o adaptación de un espacio que viene a romper con los estereotipos que tienen de la ciudad, un lugar agradable y diferente, celestial como Macondo. Apatzingán tiene pocos lugares para disfrutar del tiempo libre, uno de ellos es el parque Amanecer, que está en total abandono de sus instalaciones, favoreciendo con ellos el desaliento entre sus reclamantes, por otro lado tiene el jardín o plaza central que le falta a los urbanos Equipos para la promoción de la convivencia familiar y el entretenimiento social. Gran parte del proyecto se centra en las instancias de planificación previa de cualquier tipo de proyección arquitectónica, donde el proceso apunta a cómo crear las articulaciones necesarias para que este complejo se integre en el tejido social existente y para promover tanto el espacio público en sí mismo y el entorno áreas Actualmente no hay continuidad entre el gobierno y el público, porque cada uno opera de manera independiente y no existe una plataforma que los reúna todos. El proyecto aborda el problema desde diferentes escalas de enfoque. Esto se debe a la necesidad de diseñar una estructura que responda, por un lado, a una escala macro dentro del contexto metropolitano, y por otro lado, concentrarse en una dimensión más particular a cargo del desarrollo de la cultura misma
