Ecotourism or eco-tourism is a new trend of Alternative Tourism different from traditional tourism. It has an approach for tourism activities in which sustainability, preservation, appreciation of the environment (both natural and cultural) are privileged. The eco-tourism group, which will be screened in the city of Zitácuaro, Michoacán, is aimed at the creation of a leisure and recreation space, taking advantage of the means and technologies necessary for the care of the environment. The land destined for the eco-tourism complex is located to the south of the municipality approximately 5 km, has a territorial extension of 7.1 hectares, and was provided by the H. City Council of Zitacuaro, Mich. It has a non-rugged topography and has a slope of 7%. The architectural program is derived from the study of the functional framework and some analogous cases; which resulted in: 18 CABINS, MALECÓN, CRAFTS STORE, DINING AREA, HOTEL, SPORTS AREA, COMMERCIAL AREA, MULTIPLE USE SQUARE, SPRING, POOLS AREA, CABALLERIZAS AREA, GO-KARTS AREA and PLANT TREATMENT. The different eco-technologies used in the design of the project to conserve the environment are: HYDROGENERATORS, WIND ENERGY GENERATORS, PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR ENERGY (SOLAR TREE), TREATMENT PLANT (ANAEROBIA), PLUVIAL WATER COLLECTION, ELABORATION OF COMPOSTA. Parametric cost. The criteria that were taken into account for the realization of the parametric budget were projects and prototypes assigned by government agencies, of projects similar to the architectural program. The analysis of these prototypes gave a result of approximately $ 100'000,000.00. Due to the parameter obtained from the budget of the project, and the budget of the government agencies, the project aims to be carried out at different stages, in the first stages to carry out activities to raise funds and add it to the government budget for its earlier execution.
El Turismo ecológico o eco-turismo es una nueva tendencia del Turismo Alternativo diferente al Turismo tradicional. Tiene un enfoque para las actividades turísticas en el cual se privilegia la sustentabilidad, la preservación, la apreciación del medio (tanto natural como cultural). El conjunto eco-turístico, se proyectara en la ciudad de Zitácuaro, Michoacán, tiene como finalidad de la creación de un espacio de esparcimiento y recreación, aprovechando de los medios y las tecnologías necesarias para el cuidado del medio ambiente. El terreno destinado para el conjunto eco-turístico se encuentra al sur del municipio aproximadamente a 5 km, tiene una extensión territorial de 7.1 hectáreas, y fue proporcionado por el H. Ayuntamiento de Zitácuaro, Michoacán. Tiene una topografía no accidentada y tiene una pendiente del 7%. El programa arquitectónico se derivó del estudio del marco funcional y algunos casos análogos; el cual dio como resultado: 18 CABAÑAS,MALECÓN, TIENDA DE ARTESANÍAS, ÁREA DE COMEDORES, HOTEL, ÁREA DEPORTIVA, ÁREA COMERCIAL, PLAZA DE USO MÚLTIPLE, MUELLE, ÁREA DE ALBERCAS, ÁREA DE CABALLERIZAS, ÁREA DE GO-KARTS y PLANTA DE TRATAMIENTO. Las diferentes eco-tecnias que se utilizan en el diseño del proyecto, para conservar el medio ambiente son: HIDROGENERADORES, GENERADORES DE ENERGIA POR VIENTO, ENERGIA SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICA (TEJA SOLAR), PLANTA DE TRATAMIENTO (ANAEROBIA), CAPTACION DE AGUAS PLUVIALES, ELABORACION DE COMPOSTA. Costo paramétrico. Los criterios que se tomaron en cuenta para la realización del presupuesto paramétrico fueron proyectos y prototipos destinados por dependencias del gobierno, de proyectos similares al programa arquitectónico. El análisis de dichos prototipos arrojo un resultado de un aproximado de $100´000,000.00. Debido al parámetro obtenido del presupuesto del proyecto, y el presupuesto de las dependencia de gobierno, el proyecto pretende realizarse por diferentes etapas, en las primeras etapas realizar actividades para recabar fondos y sumarlo al presupuesto gubernamental para su ejecución más temprana.
