Proyecto arquitectónico para el palacio municipal de Tumbiscatío Michoacán

Abstract

This thesis document presents the research carried out on the current situation around the headquarters building of the Municipality of Tumbiscatío Michoacán, in order to identify and analyze the existing problems regarding spaces and the needs of taxpayers. in relation to the building. In such a way that the analysis, diagnosis and proposal of the architectural project to cover said identified needs is legible in this document. The building intended for the municipal palace of Tumbiscatío was built in the mid-twentieth century, with materials and construction systems of the region, a matter that requires intervention and maintenance to it, which were not made over more than 50 years, in addition to the dynamics and needs of the staff has changed and so, the need for new spaces and offices, which does not account for the building, so it is more viable to demolish and build a new building, which is efficient and according to current needs.

En este documento de tesis se presenta la investigación que se realizó sobre la situación actual entorno al edificio sede del H. Ayuntamiento de Tumbiscatío Michoacán, con la finalidad de identificar y analizar la problemática existente en cuanto a espacios se refiere y las necesidades de los contribuyentes en relación con el edificio. De modo tal que sea legible en este documento el análisis, diagnóstico y propuesta del proyecto arquitectónico para cubrir dichas necesidades identificadas. El edificio destinado para palacio municipal de Tumbiscatío fue construido a mediados del siglo XX, con materiales y sistemas constructivos de la región, cuestión que hace necesaria la intervención y mantenimiento al mismo, las cuales no se hicieron a lo largo de más de 50 años, además de que la dinámica y necesidades del propio personal ha cambiado y así, la necesidad de nuevos espacios y oficinas, con las que no cuenta el edificio, por lo cual es más viable la demolición y construcción de un nuevo edificio, que sea eficiente y acorde a las necesidades actuales.
