Abstract

In the present work, a problem is identified in the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo about the lack of spaces in terms of the demand for the quota of students in the Faculty of Physicomathematics. After identifying the problem, the solution is proposed, which is the construction of a new building for the expansion of spaces, which is very close to the existing one in the university city, Morelia, Michoacán. In order to design this project, an investigation was made in which the background, physical aspects such as the climate, the soil type of the land, as well as the urban aspects of it, and whether it complies with the characteristics requested the rules. We will talk about different analogous cases, as well as the building regulations of Morelia SEDESOL, among others, as well as the needs of the users, which will help to identify well the spaces that are needed, and to be able to create the architectural program. Subsequently, schemes will be made in which the spaces will be structured so that it has functionality and thus be able to design the architectural project, and continue with the plans that make up the executive project.

El presente trabajo surge de una problemática en la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo sobre la falta de espacios en cuanto a la demanda del cupo de alumnos de la facultad de Físico-Matemáticas. Después de identificar el problema se plantea la solución mediante la construcción de un nuevo edificio para la ampliación de espacios cuya ubicación debe estar muy cercano al ya existente en ciudad universitaria, Morelia, Michoacán y para ello se requiere de un proyecto arquitectónico. Para poder diseñar este proyecto se hizo una investigación en la cual se habla sobre los antecedentes, los aspectos físicos como por ejemplo el clima, el tipo de suelo del terreno, así como los aspectos urbanos del mismo y saber si cumple con las características que pide el reglamento. Se hablará sobre diferentes casos análogos, así como el reglamento de construcción de Morelia SEDESOL, entre otros, así mismo las necesidades de los usuarios, los cuales ayudaran para poder identificar los espacios que se necesitan, y poder crear el programa arquitectónico. Posteriormente se realizaron esquemas en los cuales se estructuran los espacios para que tenga funcionalidad y así poder diseñar el proyecto arquitectónico y seguir con los planos que conforman el proyecto ejecutivo. Hasta concluir el proyecto que cumpla con las necesidades y requerimientos solicitados.
