Albergues animales en el parque zoológico Benito Juárez

Abstract

In the present thesis the subject of animal shelters is approached, from a hermeneutic investigation that arose from the knowledge acquired when doing social service in the Zoological Park that were generated when working inside the different hostels and also the reading of the characteristics of animals; combining the fields of knowledge about architecture and biology. The result of the research proposes the design of the animal shelters to determine the average measures that are required so that each specimen can be developed comfortably in captivity, that the workers can carry out their activities safely and in the same way that the hostels are similar to the habitat natural through vegetation and rearrangement of the biomes to which each one belongs in order to preserve the life of the different animals.

En la presente tesis se aborda el tema de albergues animales, a partir de una investigación hermenéutica que surgió de los conocimientos adquiridos al hacer servicio social en el Parque Zoológico que se generaron al trabajar dentro de los distintos albergues y también la lectura de las características de los animales; combinando los campos de conocimientos sobre la arquitectura y biología. El resultado de la investigación plantea el diseño de los albergues animales para determinar las medidas promedio que se requieren para que cada ejemplar pueda desarrollarse cómodamente en cautiverio, que los trabajadores puedan realizar sus actividades con seguridad y de igual forma que los albergues sean parecidos al hábitat natural a través de vegetación y reacomodo de los biomas al que pertenece cada uno para poder conservar la vida de los distintos animales.
