Mercado artesanal en Zihuatanejo Guerrero

Abstract

Given the cultural importance and the inexistence of a Crafts Market that fits the needs of the population of Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, the realization of this thesis was carried out in order to justify the real need that exists in the port for the elaboration of a Market of Crafts. The project "Crafts Market in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero" arose from a real need for a building that solves problems of a social nature. For this reason, the project will bring benefits to the downtown area of Zihuatanejo, adding also an increase in tourism in the "Las Salinas" area of the port where tourism has not been activated. Some other benefits of this project is to help avoid traffic congestion that is due to the lack of parking spaces which the current market does not count with, also to improve the quality of the citizens life style who do not have the economical capacity to complete basic studies and with this project to have the opportunity to learn to perform more commercial activity. Zihuatanejo de Azueta is one of the main tourist areas of Guerrero. Therefore, the importance of a building of such character, the project has workshops for the training of crafts and sales area, generating a significant increase in the sale and manufacture of handicrafts. The architecture of the project is adapted to the environment by its architectural elements such as concrete, steel and lonarias that are representative of ports, using current construction systems, achieving a pleasant and enjoyable site. This building will not be in the current turistic area of Zihuatanejo; it will be relocated in an area which is already assigned by the appropiate authorities. This thesis contains the information necessary to carry out the proper execution of the project, Crafts Market in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero. Among them are topics such as historical background, population statistics, level of education of the citizens and widely necessary aspects to know about this beautiful port.

Dada la importancia cultural y la inexistencia de un Mercado Artesanal que se acople a las necesidades de la población de Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, se llevó a cabo la realización de esta tesis para poder justificar la necesidad real que existe en el puerto para la elaboración de un Mercado de Artesanías. El proyecto “Mercado Artesanal en Zihuatanejo, Guerrero” surgió de una necesidad real de un edificio que resuelva problemáticas de carácter social. por ello el proyecto traerá beneficios a la zona centro de Zihuatanejo agregando también un incremento de turismo en la colonia “Las Salinas” zona del puerto donde el turismo no se ha activado. Otros de los beneficios de éste es ayudar a mejorar el congestionamiento vehicular que se da por la falta de cajones de estacionamiento con los que no cuenta el mercado actual, la calidad de vida de los habitantes que no cuenten con la capacidad económica de concluir estudios básicos y que tengan la oportunidad de aprender a realizar alguna actividad comercial. Zihuatanejo de Azueta es de las principales zonas turísticas de Guerrero. Por lo tanto, la importancia de un edificio de tal carácter, el proyecto cuenta con talleres para la capacitación de artesanías y área de ventas, generando un importante incremento en la venta y fabricación de artesanías. La arquitectura del proyecto se adapta al entorno por sus elementos arquitectónicos tales como el concreto, acero y lonarias que son representativas en los puertos, utilizando sistemas constructivos actuales, logrando un acabado visual nítido. Este edificio no se encontrará en la zona actual del mercado de Zihuatanejo; será reubicada en un área la cual ya tiene asignada su sindicato dentro de la zona centro del municipio, pero con un mayor funcionamiento del mercado. Esta tesis contiene la información necesaria para llevar la adecuada ejecución del proyecto, Mercado Artesanías en Zihuatanejo, Guerrero. Entre los cuales se abarcan temas como antecedentes históricos, estadísticas de población, nivel de educación de los habitantes y ampliamente los aspectos necesarios para conocer al municipio.
