The Community Development Centers are a significant contribution to improve the quality of life of the populations, especially for the most vulnerable. The support they provide to the community generates in it a sense of belonging and a point of encounter, rest and recreation for the inhabitants; the workshops, the cultural spaces, the community services, as well as the arts and crafts that can be acquired in the center, are motors of self-employment and personal development, that allow to compensate the damages caused by the poverty and the marginalization, in spite of that It is not the definitive solution, the creation of these centers is always welcome and grateful. These centers are strictly necessary and valuable for the social nucleus, because they attack aspects as fundamental as the participation of citizens, personal, social and cultural development of the individual, as well as sports and recreation of citizens, making it an accessible space for all sectors of the population and for all ages: children, youth and adults; each and every one of them will be able to benefit from these spaces.
Los Centros de Desarrollo Comunitario son una contribución significativa para mejorar la calidad de vida de las poblaciones, especialmente para las más vulnerables. El apoyo que brindan a la comunidad genera en ella un sentido de pertenencia y un punto de encuentro, descanso y recreación para los habitantes; los talleres, los espacios culturales, los servicios comunitarios, así como las artes y oficios que se pueden adquirir en el centro, son motores de autoempleo y desarrollo personal, que permiten compensar los daños causados por la pobreza y la marginación, a pesar de eso no es la solución definitiva, la creación de estos centros siempre es bienvenida y agradecida. Son estos Centros estrictamente necesarios y valiosos para el núcleo social, porque atacan aspectos tan fundamentales como la participación de la ciudadanía, el desarrollo personal, social y cultural del individuo, así como el deporte y la recreación de los ciudadanos, convirtiéndolo en un espacio accesible para todos los sectores de la población y para todas las edades: niños, jóvenes y adultos; todos y cada uno de ellos podrán beneficiarse de estos espacios.
